Very good food and service and the place was clean and packed. The chicken was nice and hot and the Caesar salad was a good choice to have with our meal. The coleslaw was good as usual. All and all it was a nice meal. Third time we have been here. Always clean and good service even when it is packed. Good work!

I just left this restaurant with my family. Besides the food being really good, I need to express my gratitude to the cashier who took our order. We are a muslim family and ordered a meal which contains bacon unknowingly. This lady, from another faith, approached us a few seconds later informing us that it contained bacon. This gesture left me emotional and grateful. So this review is actually a God bless you one to her and her coworkers for caring. Much appreciated.

Not a fan of the staff here. They ignore you for 10+ minutes pretending to be busy meanwhile lines form for dinning. Food was decent. Wouldn't go back though.

Take out today August 9, 2021 The chicken is normally excellent. But not today, the chicken was way too oily and fat…My chicken breast was bathing in oil…so were my fries inside the cardboard box…bathing into the oil of the chicken. Oh! and please! take off that weird flat burger bun top off the boxes! That thing becomes soggy after few mins in the box while we bring it home… The sauce was half way into the little cups too. I did not have much fries aa i get normally either… i don’t know what is going on but it was not the usual quality…

Customer service needs improvement. Placed a delivery order and received the order within 40 minutes which is acceptable but missing items that were paid for. After calling the store directly, they offered to send what was missing. Over 1 1/2 hours later and the food still has not shown up even with the restaurant only being 12 minutes away. Called back and after being on hold for too long, the employee told me the manager is busy and can't come to the phone.

We had a coupon on our smartphone that we found on the website of this Saint-Hubert location. As soon as i mentioned it to the cashier, she tells us that the coupon is only for takeouts. I tell her that i got it from there website and that it is for a dine-in. So i show it to her on my phone, from there website. One of her colleagues come and tell us that the coupon has to be printed. I say that it is not mentioned on there website, and so why is it available online? Plus, not everyone owns a printer, and with the mindset of saving trees, most of things are now done electronically. She tells me that they tried to scan it from a phone yesterday and it did not work. So i insist very much that she tries to scan it from my phone. After insisting, they finally do and the coupon does work. She then proceeds to leave and call for another colleague that will come and tell us as well that there superior requires that the coupon be printed out. This was all totally ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

Family and I have been visiting this restaurant for years. Food quality has always been good. On the rare occasions that we did have an issue with our plates, the staff immediately addressed the situation to our satisfaction. The wait staff is experienced and courteous providing the service level that I have come to expect form this chain.

I'm a usually costumer at st-hubert. This time the server was rude, unenthusiastic and condescending. No response to our thank you's and annoyed when asked simple questions. We are disappointed in this service and will not go back. A dining experience is meant to be enjoyable but we were mostly uncomfortable towards her behaviour.
