I walked in the waitress who takes the orders was in the back talking on her pink cell phone for twenty minutes than she came in the front and took my order while talking on the phone with one of her friends. She wouldnt check peoples orders when they where up to to deliver cause she only had one hand tk work with the other was used to keep chatting with her friends my order was missing two poutines in ghe order. Most unproffesional front of staff i have ever seen.

I dont know what is going on! We went. hour and a half before closing and they refused to serve us and other people that arrived at the same time as me saying they were closing. Some guy was on the phone laughing behind the counter while the other one was telling us to get out. Last time going there! As it seems it is more important to be on their cellphone then working.

the cooks at the back seem very out of it also there was a big pool of gravy on the floor absolutely disgusting

Extremely wrong order. I paid for a beverage I didn't ask for. My order was not placed correctly. So I ate extremely hot chicken with a cold sauce. He didn't excused himself. And the book served a meal that the cashier had ordered wrongly. So a lot of lack attention. The personnel was talking between themselves.

The guy behind the counter was very kind, patient and helpful. I recommend this location for this reason.

Same chicken I expected. I love the crispy coated skin. There were no potato or Cole slaw salads to be had, but hey, it's the chicken skin I wanted.

Poor food quality, although it does reach the quality ensured by KFC. It is important to know it's the only KFC in Trois-Rivières so it has less meaning then other more popular KFCs. The place was not very clean and waitresses were a little unprofessional but it is something to expect from this kind of fast food. I would recommend the place but only for a once in a while and nothing more. Whatever you may think about this review, just remember that it is a KFC amd that it is the only one in the region so feel free to go anyway

The lady who served us at this location was polite and accommodating, but the food was appalling. It tasted as if it was food from the previous day (left on the counter overnight) and was just reheated in a microwave and served to us. We usually have an okay to good experience at other PFKs but were very disappointed with the food at this location.

Watery pepsi, the rest of the food was alright.

Chichen was very small the skin I dont know about that and I asked no wings i did not even have one white meat in it in a three piece it was pink I was afraid to eat it I threw it in the garbag even the sauce there was an after taste the only thing was good was the fris (no thanks) I'll keep going to IGA

Cold sandwich, cold fries, warm flat Pepsi... Cook is sitting down in the kitchen and looks careless
