This is a fast food.. provides very simple and doll flavors... nothing close to a Thai at all.... don't choose base in the pictures... that's 100% miss leading to the true

Good food. But super slow. Took over 20 minutes to get our food for takeout.

I ordered a general thai...the sauce had a burnt flavor...the shrimps i asked to be added...were half cooked...and the chicken...dry...i asked for extra sauce....the thing is...the burnt flavor added to the fact that their sauce was soooooo liquid...it was a real..."what the...!?" The rice was so weird...i had hard rice mixed with hold rice that without chewing it...only using my toungue..it was turning into a gewy dough....what in the world is that disgusting food? I am never returning there EVER! If you want the best general thai right now, go to the YAMACHICHE's THAI EXPRESS!

Great food and good service. Were very accommodating when asking for extra peanuts and utensils etc

The place is clean , the food is good, better than the other Thai Express I've tried. Love coming here for lunch.

Unprofessional Staff, Waiting for 30minutes and more. Deliveries for Uber eats are supposed to be ready when the delivery guy arrive. Not to start the order when he arrive!

*UPDATE: I can't reply to your reply. But please note I have already contacted you regarding this. You have all of my information about this issue. Your company (specifically Anna Young) offered me a $5 coupon to make up for it, then stopped responding to me. It costs me more than $5 to buy Tums to digest your food. $20 meal. The General Thai chicken pieces were hard as rocks. Also their menu board was outdated so I was charged more than what was shown. I contacted Thai Express headquarters and they offered me $5. Won't ever go back to Thai Express. Overpriced for what you get.
