This hotel is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in Europe. Not even 1 star is worth it. Snow was not removed at the entrance of the hotel, so it was slippery. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk to the 3rd floor with a large suitcase. The hand wash was empty in the bathroom. When I showered, the water did not go down properly, so the bathroom floor became a sea of ​​water. The most inconvenient thing was that the Wi-Fi was constantly unstable, so I couldn't use the internet properly for 3 nights. Worst, never go.

Old hotel, no breakfast, wifi sketchy. It would be OK for a decent money, but after lifting the Covid restrictions, the price are through the roof, definitely not worth the service. Also, while the Russian invasion of Ukraine is abysmal, I don't think putting up a sign "Russians not welcome here" is legal or ethical.

I found bloody bedsheets and ants in my room. Poor quality. I complained about it and the owner Idar accused me of lying. I'd rather sleep on the street than here. Avoid at all cost!

Delicious waffles served nightly, great customer service. Rooms were clean daily. Small rooms and bathroom but efficient for our needs.

The service is great the rooms and the two bedroom apartment we were in was clean, new appliances and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and the shower was big enough for this 6 foot 6 inch person.

Very overpriced rooms. No service didn’t make the bed or check on the rooms once in a week stay. Had the nerve to be upset over a cooked pizza smelling up the room and vomit in the toilet! Had the audacity to threaten the police on me when I have videos of the room and it was ok. Lost my deposit over nothing but the electricity went out multiple times. The water didn’t heat it wasn’t warm at all! Didn’t check the room until the end and told me they’ll keep my deposit. Location is ok but there’s better. Seriously really old fashion and out of date rooms no service cleaning ladies were really nasty over nothing and I don’t recommend this at all they will make any excuse to keep your deposits yet don’t even service the rooms not even a new towel!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The room was super clean and tidy, with very good sound isolation. What I liked the most was the bed, it was super comfortable, and in the morning I felt fresh like never ever before, great stuff, thanks and I will definetely come over again.

Cozy rooms with nice service. Arrived in the middle of the night after an issue with our previously booked apartement at another place. Even got a discount for our desperate situation which we appreciated.

Less expensive than other hotels in area. A little loud - room was next to elevator. But everything was clean and working. Waffles were great. About what you’d expect at a 3 star hotel.

I booked the hotel for the trip long in advance for three nights at a relatively low price. The hotel maliciously canceled my order without informing me and asked me to book at the latest price. The latest price is three times the price I booked. This hotel didn't keep their word and ruined my trip.

We rented an apartment for two nights for 5 people. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We are very satisfied. A bit pricey but good for families. Location wonderful of course and staff was nice and service minded.

We stay 4 days in two bedrooms apt. We stay on 3rd floor and there were no lifts, so we must carefully walk upstair. Too bad, they do not bring new towels everyday to our room but we must take clean towels upstair. I wish there is breakfast prepare for costumers in this hotel.

Good hotel in general. Staff is friendly and the hotel is reasonably accessible on public transport. It is located at the heart of the city and partnered with nearby restaurant to provide food. It offers coffee or tea for guests at any time of the day.

Located in easy walking distance to the heart of Tromso, we stayed in a ground floor apartment with one bedroom. The apartment has all you need for a home away from home albeit a little dated and a bit grubby., especially the entrance to the apartment. All our interactions with the staff were excellent. They were extremely friendly and welcoming.
