I
stayed
here
for
8
nights
as
a
solo
female
traveller.
I
loved
my
stay.
My
room
was
small
and
cosy
and
had
a
small
bathroom
with
a
mini
fridge.
The
entire
hotel
looks
like
it’s
been
renovated
so
everything
was
really
lovely
and
modern.
There’s
always
free
tea,
coffee
and
even
honey.
The
communal
kitchen
allowed
me
to
cook
and
save
money
on
eating
out.
The
kitchen
was
kept
clean
by
the
staff
and
they
even
steam
to
disinfect
the
plates.
A
critique
would
be
that
the
microwave
could
be
cleaned
better.
Additionally,
the
hotel
tries
to
minimise
their
environmental
impact.
They
have
a
pantry
with
the
extra
food
that
hotel
guests
don’t
finish.
They
even
separate
their
waste.
This
hotel
should
apply
for
an
tromso
environmental
sticker
or
something.
The
staff
in
reception
and
cleaners
were
all
very
lovely.
Really
good
customer
service.
The
hotel
was
very
clean.
My
rooms
were
tidied
up
everyday
and
the
hotel
always
smelt
nice.
The
only
thing
I
could
say
is
that
maybe
this
hotel
isn’t
for
someone
who
has
mobility
issues
because
it’s
on
a
hill.
It
just
means
that
it
takes
a
little
longer
to
get
to
it.
The
hotel
is
close
to
the
city
centre
but
it’s
on
probably
the
one
that
is
highest
on
the
hill.
However,
because
of
this,
I
think
it
has
one
of
the
best
views
of
the
northern
lights
than
other
hotels
that
are
lower
on
the
hill.
I
was
lucky
to
see
the
northern
lights
twice
on
my
way
back
to
the
hotel
because
of
the
hotel’s
great
view.
