I’ve eaten here twice in a week. I liked the food - a lot better than the BK in England (which is overpriced, mediocre and has meh fries). The fries here were really good and yummy. The prices are ok, works out at around £10 for a medium sized menu and that’s okay - cheaper than other restaurants around, but that is to be expected with fast foods. I feel like the medium menu is more of a UK large as far as drink cup and fries are concerned. I had the chicken sandwich and chili mayo chicken sandwich. Both were really good, I preferred the latter. You can refill your cup as many times as you want which is a nice added bonus. The first time the employees were a bit blunt and there was a bit of a wait both times so minus one star for that.

I think this is one of the filthiest fast food places I've been to, there wasn't a single table that was clean, they forgot our order and had to wait even more. There is a screen where the order number appears and even when it's "ready" it's still in the making. The burger itself wasn't bad, hence the two stars, but it wasn't good either. Wouldn't go there again.

Food is good, prices are reasonable for norwegian standards and the store was clean. The service is a bit slow but its worth it. I really like BK so i am a bit biased 😋

Oh Burger King, Norway, on one hand I feel weird coming to Norway and getting so excited about Burger King, but on the other hand, I got very excited to see you! In Florida we have only the impossible whopper as a plant based burger, but here they had several on the menu. I am not sure which one I had, but it was excellent! I was very happy to have come across BK Norway, very satisfied when I departed. Thank you, Burger King Tromso!

Unfortunately the stuff was kinda unpolite, especially one guy starts from K. I know that there is a lot of foreigners and folks, stuff can be a bit busy, but they should keep high standards of communication. Instead of on-site order they have packed it take away. Food was ok, but I really dont want to go there again.

Best relation price/quality you can find in Tromsø. Not particularly clean, but enough to eat.

One of the worst branches I have ever tried in my whole life. Been to many branches in Norway. The manager is extremely rude and non helpful. A kid is managing the restaurant!!. The cola dispenser has been broken for more than 2 weeks now with no ice and the cola is literally warm but they are not fixing it!! I do not recommend this branch. Go to Jekta branch it is way better!

It is one of my favourite fast food restaurants in Norway. The burgers were really big at a reasonable price.

I love their selection of vegetarian meals. They offer plant based nuggets, which are tasty. The place wasn’t very clean, but I guess that comes with the whole fast food vibe.

The worst fast food I’ve ever had. Cheese not melted on burger, cold fries without salt, and generally bad taste. They also charged me for a large even though I ordered a medium.

The Burgers were ok, but cold. The staff in the front was too slow. The kitchen is fast, so the burgers were to long in the shelf to be served by the front staff...

The one and only international fast food outlet in Tromso. Sad they had restricted refilling of cola.

Very good Burger King! The food came very fast, there was plenty of space for sitting down and eating in the restaurant. It was clean and the burger and fries tasted great!

Dirty floor, tiny chilly whopper compared to Germany, fries were not as we know it and rather flavourless. This was not a standard Burger king classification. Overall disappointing.

Good. What you would expect from Burger King. Staff did start playing songs in the back. Which is fine, they having fun while they work. Fries came out crispy, and the burger was good. I took a star because the lids and the ketchup were not filled and, it could have been a little cleaner.

Okay price, food was pretty good, they really need 2 ordering machines here as the queue is frequently to the door. We ordered 2 meals both crispy chicken burgers one with salsa and one normal and received 2 drinks 3 fries and 1 burger. I was really looking forward to the crispy burger and ended up halving it. It could've been me messing up somehow but I'm 90% sure we clicked 2 meals as to add an extra fries we'd have to come out of the meals selection, but hey the burgers and fries are cooked to order so it's all fresh.

What to say? It's a Burger King. Reasonably clean. Has digital order. Two floors. Kids play area up the stairs. Window seats with a view. Reasonably pleasant and efficient staff. Not giving it just three stars because I think it's bad, just that any BK or extremely standardized franchise would have to go above and beyond to get up to 4 - and this just isn't it. So as opinions on franchise concepts go, 3 is respectable. Would I recommend it? Sure, if someone asked where to get a standardized franchise burger from a set menu, absolutely.

This place always forget something on my order, i would rather you not go here because most certainly you will not get everything you orderd so they are basekly stealing your money and not giving you the thing you bought

Terrible and odd service from employees. Even though there seemed to be a lot of cashiers there not doing much, I was redirected to a line to use the terminal to make my purchase. Had to wait for the other 2 people in front of me and then another person came and they took their order promptly instead of redirecting behind me in line.

We ordered delivery because was a busy day, we stayed not so far from the place so it’s quite easy to get it or at least that’s what we thought. The delivery was 30m late, the food cold and they were no salt or ketchup. One of the burger was without the promised ingredients. I think it’s open just because it’s the only fast food cheap in town if that’s their service.

They were open longer than advertised and handled the rowdy (drunk) constitution day crowd with grace. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
