One
of
cosiest
restaurants
in
all
of
Tromsø,
if
not
the
cosiest!
Eating
locally
sourced
fresh
arctic
fish
is
more
than
just
a
necessity
in
Tromsø,
it’s
practically
a
bucket
list
activity.
Japan
imports
this
fish
to
use
in
their
high
end
sushi
for
a
reason!
And
yet
despite
this,
it’s
not
as
easy
to
come
across
as
you
might
think,
with
the
majority
of
such
establishments
that
serve
it
around
the
city
verging
on
fine
dining
in
both
atmosphere
and
price.
Bradus
is
the
perfect
middle
ground.
It
is
by
no
means
cheap
but
is
still
very
accessible,
and
its
incredibly
friendly
staff,
warm
and
cosy
interior,
and
beautifully
crafted
dishes
will
leave
you
wanting
to
go
back
for
a
second
visit.
I
ate
the
steamed
halibut,
after
a
lovely
starter
of
cured
salmon.
Both
were
exceptional,
and
were
complimented
with
a
lovely
selection
of
quirky
vegetables,
appealing
colours,
and
most
importantly,
contrasting
flavours.
My
partner
could
not
eat
fish
and
so
settled
on
lamb
ribs,
which
to
our
surprise
was
so
good
that
it
may
even
have
trumped
the
fish!
The
house
red
and
deserts
were
excellent
too.
This
is
the
first
place
I
would
recommend
to
anybody
who
had
just
one
evening
in
the
city.
But
be
sure
to
book
earlier
in
the
day
is
it
fills
up
fast!
