The weather in Tromso was cloudy and very windy. The prospect of seeing the northern lights is very slim. We decided to book a tour. What can I say. It was the very best decision. Our guide Antonio told us many things and made the expedition an unforgettable experience. After a short time he found the perfect spot and we were able to experience the lights in their most beautiful splendor. We took and received the most beautiful photos. Antonio also helped us with the camera settings and even captured the experience on video. The people we got to know were really nice, the food and the hot chocolate by the fire were perfect. A thousand thanks Antonio for making my lifelong dream come true.

What a fantastic tour with our tour guide Antonio and driver Jarek. Both are very responsible with great passion at their work. He makes sure we'll see the Northern lights before he starts the journey. He's been very helpful assisting us to set up camera and offered us reindeer stew,hot chocolate as well as biscuits. We had amazing bonfire. He seized no chance for us to capture the best activity of northern lights. He has a professional camera which successfully capture our portrait with the beautiful aurora, the photos sent back to us are all FREE! Highly recommend.

Great experience, great night looking at the northern lights. The guides are so nice and professional it was a real pleasure to listen to their explanations. Even though it was snowing heavily in Tromso they did their best to find the Northern lights, and they did find them brilliantly. Everything was so well organized from the beginning until the end. I highly recommend this company.

we had a very good driver and guide who took us on small road to some cabines completely isolated and dark. and with the much appreciated hot chocolate and reindeer stew (which was good) we had a succesfull evening and saw several times the Aurora's.

AMAZING!!!! Thank you for this experience 🙏 we had a first experience of Northern lights in a cruise with another company, but we wanted to have one with a mini bus. We were in Tromso when we found out this tour. We booked the Spanish one even though we don't speak Spanish, because it was the only one which had 2 available places for us. Antonio, our guide is such an amazing person and a great story teller. Also, our driver was amazing and such a funny person. Both of them helped us a lot, Antonio took photo of us, prepared our meals that we ate around the fire and explained us a lot of things in English which was actually really helpful. We were so lucky, because we didn't try at all to catch the northern lights. We changed three spots and they lights appeared in all of them. Also, the whole group had such a vibe! It was amazing! I am so glad to have done this tour! Boris and Lautero were fabulous guides and were so great in assisting me with my camera settings for shooting the auroras. The evening was wonderful with hot drinks and local food and stories shared with people from other countries! Thank you for a memorable evening!

A very good experience. Even though we barely saw the northern lights due to the bad weather, the guide went above and beyond in order for us to see them (even going into Finland hoping the weather would be better there). Since the weather cannot be controlled, I am positive that in a day with proper weather, the experience would be worth.

We flew up to Tromso just to see the Northern Lights and booked the tour last minute. I didn’t have my nice camera so I’m so glad we booked the tour as you can’t get the experience or photos any other way. They know right where to take you. Oihane our guide was amazing and took so many photos of us capturing the night. I also loved that we stopped multiple places to get different views. My only regret is we left and forgot to tip. Which she deserved high dollar.

NO 50% DISCOUNT ON THE 2ND TRY IF YOU DON'T SEE NORTHERN LIGHTS. Well, what to say, the tour guide was good, and although it was a complicated day he and the bus driver tried, but we didn't see the northern lights. When we were going back, the road was icy and the chains of the bus didn't fit so it took us a ver long time to go back, nothing too dramatic. After that we asked to the guide if there was any way to come back the next day and give it another try, and he told us to go to the shop and ask it there. So we did, and there was no one there.. Then we called and the guy on the phone didn't know anything, nor if there was a discount for a second time, nor the weather conditions for that day, not even if there was someone at the shop! Once we told him that if he could please figure it out, he called us back saying someone should be at the shop but they were not doing any discounts, not even knowing that all the other agencies are doing 50% discount if you go for a 2nd time because you didn't see the northern lights. I would recommend using another agency.
