Never seen a pizza place so busy! Even though they were crazy busy they went out of their way to acknowledge my presence. They were very adamant about awesome service. They multitasked with ease. I've never seen such an efficient display of teamwork! And... the pizza was absolutely delicious! Thick and fluffy crust ... not greasy.. and just delicious! No wonder they were so busy!!

These guys since Day 1 have been serving amazing Pizza. Great service, cleanness. Washrooms are always clean. Fridges are always stocked up. Well Hygiene staff with hair nets and beard nets. Moreover, have to say these guys are delivering Pizza faster than other nearby places. Feels good to have a change in local availability of choices and great change of service Status in Truro.

Ordered for a kids Birthday Party and needed it delivered at restaurant opening time as the party was a Sunday Morning. Staff persons were very accommodating and had the pizza there on time. Staff were friendly to deal with and pizza was good. Great prices for feeding a large group of kids.

First time I truro and definitely got a normal Pizza Hut meat lovers which is amazingly delicious compared to competition

I gave it such a low rating for atmosphere because it's not a place you sit in anymore just a place you take the food out so the atmosphere doesn't matter as much. However the place is clean if there's a rating for clean I'd give that like a five-star.

Food is excellent when you get it. I understand it is a new spot and it will be busy but when your order says it will be ready in an hour and you are still waiting 1 1/2 hrs later. The magic line at this outlet is 10 more mins. I was told that 4 times before my order was ready.

Bit busy when I went, but I placed an online order and proceeded to show up later than the estimated time. Waited an extra 20 minutes while my order was in a heater. Cashier served a friend who cut the line ahead of people who have been waiting for some time (not delivery) and there was one person wearing a hair net out of everyone. A bit concerning…. Not a good first impression.

Called and ordered at truro location and she hung up on me before I could finish, then I'm 99 percent sure that the delivery guy ate a slice out of the box then took my 8 dollars change and ran.

One of if not the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Seemed like the pizza was either made in the morning or the previous day. Dough/crust was bad. Toppings were bad. Store bought frozen pizzas are somehow far superior to the pizza that I received from Pizza Hut. Wouldn’t go back even if it was free

I've given this place a second change after they had my pizza squished completely to one side of the box. Big mistake. The delivery driver ended up driving across the front of my lawn leaving huge tire ruts across the grass because he didn't want to back out of my driveway.... thanks buddy for destroying my property because you don't have driving skills. Maybe don't be a delivery driver.

Poor service order was wrong, when asked if it could be fixed staff made a huge deal out if it, by the time I actually was given the correct order it was still wrong but gave up and left

It was great experience with the Pizza Hut and the staff is very friendly and also the taste of the pizza was really great
