This was the best Thai dish I have tried so far!!! Amazing place to chill in the truro’s hustle & bustle. The restaurant is owned by a lovely couple & the name is inspired by the owner’s wife. The food was fresh and home cooked style. Must try the Red Thai & the special menu for the day! The staff was really courteous & amazing! I wish you the very best Bruce & Parichat 🫶🏻

Food was excellent! I always choose to eat here when passing through Truro. Service, food, and option to choose mild, medium, and spicy for most dishes!

Great spot to check out if you’re passing through Truro! My sister and I ordered the Thai egg rolls and Panang curry with tofu. My sister said the egg rolls were pretty good. Curry was very flavorful and fresh, delicious! I also appreciate the abundance of vegetarian/vegan options, as well as labeling vegan/veg/gluten free. The food took a while to arrive and people who had ordered after us received their meals first. We asked one of the waitresses a few times and she continuously just said that it was coming, but then forgot about it. She also forgot to get our bill when we asked for it and later the other waitress brought it for us. However, later the long wait time was deemed a misunderstanding due to our seat location and the owner was very kind about it. He brought my sister and I his favorite soup to make up for the long wait. I would say to check out Parichat’s if you’re in the area because everything is made to order - authentic, fresh, delicious Thai cuisine. Service was considerate and friendly.

I wandered in with my close friend on a Sunday night, and I was immediately greeted by a friendly wait staff, seated immediately and was provided an introduction on the restaurant and chef. The in-house dining was half full but you could see they were also busy with take out orders. We ordered the Red Curry (Chicken) and the Thai Basil (Chicken), which were both delicious. The quantity was ample and I would visit here again to try other items on the menu (photo attached).

We had the sweetest, nicest server. She’s an elderly lady who made us feel welcome and taken care of. Food’s amazing - we had massaman beef curry, chicken pad thai, vegetable spring rolls, and a delicious serving of crispy fried bananas.

Outstanding food. Don't let the small menu fool you. Each dish is fresh and made to order . Made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Service was very friendly and timely. The Thai Basil and Cashew chicken were excellent. Will be back.

Really fantastic pad Thai. We looked them up on google on the way to Halifax and were not disappointed. Very well prepared and the server was great too. Yum.

Easiest 5 star ever given to a restaurant. I can start off by saying the place is very clean, even the bathrooms are kept well clean. The workers are fast and friendly and are very helpful with the menu. The food never disappoints, every time we are in truro it is our number one spot to go! Best dumplings and pad Thai!

A little, unassuming, place (just a step up from a hole in the wall). But the food is very good. The chef is from Thailand and everything is made from scratch in her kitchen and it shows. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. I'd go back, but we were just passing through.

The food was exquisitely fresh and delicious. The ambiance was great, we sat outside on the patio. Our server was friendly and accommodating and we also got to talk to the owner who was also very personable. His wife makes all the food from scratch and it shows!

We ended up here by accident and was the best thing ever! The food was absolutely amazing, big portions and prepared from scratch by the owner. The service and atmosphere were amazing as well. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back next time we are in Truro.

Randomly stopped in Truro for Lunch with my sister. The meal were amazing and the owner was very nice! I loved the vegan tofu curry! I would like to stop there every time when I drive to Halifax for a good quality meal!

Very good northern Thai restaurant, we’ve been to Northern Thailand so can vouch for this. Great flavours tailored to individual tastes, friendly service and good value. I highly recommend this place and I’ve been everywhere. Mr G

Really good Thai with great vegan and gluten-free options. As someone who is gluten-free and vegan it was nice to have multiple options. The chef is from Thailand and the food is very authentic. You can also choose how spicy you want each dish. Very friendly staff, would definitely recommend!

Our server tonight was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the menu and provided recommendations. She was very attentive and I really felt cared for. The food was tasty and was clearly made with fresh ingredients. A few of us cautiously ordered medium heat, knowing that authentic Thai is pretty hot. The dishes ended up being quite mild, so I'll probably order with more heat next time. Overall very happy with the experience.

Excellent quality food, I had read good reviews and wanted to try it, had the pad thai and definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu, service is friendly and welcoming. Only thing is that I noticed a lady struggling to get into the restaurant in a wheelchair as there was no ramp for disabled people on the main entrance, pretty sure this place is going to work on it soon.

The service here is really good. Food was okay. I forgot what was the name of the pudding they offered me but it was really nice.

Parichat catered my team work lunch. They did an amazing job and took great care preparing our large take out order. Food was awesome and customer service was exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic food. We ordered three different dishes and had a hard time deciding which was our favourite - they were all so good! The service was excellent and the owner made us feel very welcome. The food was made with fresh ingredients, from scratch. We cannot wait to go back !

Nice ambiance, the food was great and the Pad thai we ordered is delicious.

Ordered takeout from here several times and the food is always consistently good. The yellow curry with chicken is good, the Pad Thai Tofu is also excellent and the Thai Basil with shrimp is excellent although there is little consistency as to the number of shrimp ranges from 5 to 9. Prices run about $18 to $20 per meal but are well worth it. If you like rice order extra as portion is a little small.
