What can I say I have given this subway chance after chance with messed up orders. But tonight is the last straw I ordered 4 subs. One for me and my wife for today and tomorrow as I work late. I have never been more disappointed with an experience. My sub had olives which was supposed to be on my wife’s. I can’t stand olives so not eating it just on that. Then half of one side had absolutely no chicken on it. I did not get my double cheese, my extra green pepper, and extra pickles. Second sub was checked and it had onion, which again is something I hate. Asked for chicken to be toasted separate as well as on sub, to make it actually warm (neither was toasted even once). I wish I could leave negative stars. Then I tried to call to let them know and they answered and hung up on me (not the first time). They proceeded to leave the phone off the hook. I will be going to talk to the manager tomorrow. I will update on how things proceed. (Photos were taken from other post. Accidentally put wrong subway).

Subway here in Truro is My Favorite go to for my subs. Breads are freshly baked in store with several varieties to choose from. Large selection of toppings sure to please anyone. {Have it Your Way} is bang on. Highly recommend and I visit frequently. Drop in and see for yourself. PS. Don't forget to try the fresh baked cookies. Yum

Not recommend for vegetarian food & veggies is not fresh

This particular subway is to me a great location. My wife and I stopped in for a bit to eat and was amazed at how fresh and clean the store smelled . I also took a notice to how clean and tidy their work station was. All the vegetables and sandwich toppings were full and ready to be served. I have been to a lot of dumpy subways with garbage everywhere and dirty floors and bathrooms not cleaned...yek!. But this particular location was definitely 👌.

The guy at the drive thru window just threw our food at us and slammed the window. He was so rude

The sub was good but the experience was not ,people behind the counter making seemed put out when asked to repeat what they said mostly the barrier makes it hard to hear ,speaking with a different accent also but turning to your co worker and laughing while looking at the person on the other side and speaking in a different language makes one feel like they are talking about you and laughing at you ,you just don't know because they spoke in a different language, funny thing is the entire time I was ordering my lunch the conversation was in English, until they started laughing then it was on a different language.

There were alot of new faces since I was there last,but they worked in unison. Our cashier was bubbly and very helpful. They were the first location to launch a new coffee machine and it is great!! I sincerely hope they decide to keep it as it makes fresh coffee for each customer. Keep the great work Subway !

Always consistent always good. They seem to have a good turnover, so their food is fresher than most Subways.

Everything was really good. The staff were quick to get me my meal in a timely manner. Would eat there again for sure.

Where to begin...horrible service... didn't even know there own menu bad customer service tried to tell me there was no soup and fountain drink combo and was rude when I pointed it out on menu then he proceeded to just get me a cup of soup and that was it for 3.99 not the combo for 4.69. Very lazy and slow and had to be asked to add more stuff to my sub and salad and our other stuff couple times and then almost choked and broke my tooth on an olive pit.

Food was great. Service, not so good

I had a 6in gluten free club sub. The bread was dry, it wasn't toasted as requested and it had no mayo, as requested. I could not eat it. My husband had a regular sub. He seemed to enjoy.

Thought I give a rant to the guy who took my order this morning. He was just a really nice guy, wasn't rushing me through my order, just relaxed happy and polite. Also Subway breakfast with the potatoes taters, awesome.

Love subway.. very friendly staff and good healthy choices 👍
