Found what we were looking for. Before leaving we found some sparkly styrafoam snowflakes marked buy one get one free but no price marked. We asked a clerk abot the price and soon there were two of them searching their phones. The reason they were on sale is they all had a tip or two broken off. As we searched for the least damaged ones one clerk whispered to the other how picky we were. Considering it was still $25 for 4 broken snowflakes we felt justified in being picky.

They honored my native tax exemption, gave me a coupon for 40 percent off reg item. Great people who work there. Nice and friendly service.

Picking up an online order. It was missing a couple things, but they made it right and were awesome to deal with. No complaints at all and shout out to store manager Victoria for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I feel sorry for the staff. They're clearly overworked, and it makes for a bad customer experience. I brought in four of my artworks in to be framed, and time and time again they made easily avoidable mistakes. I waited 9 weeks and they still couldn't get it right. I made four trips back and forth, and I live out of town. So needless to say it wasted a lot of my time and money. I ended up begrudgingly taking the works home because I no longer trusted their ability to finish it. I ended up still having to pay to get someone else to fix what they messed up. It really makes me wonder what kind of pressure they're being put under from their corporate offices. If they're that under staffed, they really shouldn't even be taking new framing orders.

I had written a review about a 90 minute lineup which was unacceptable, but it for for Service Nova Scotia. I'm not sure why they assigned it to Michaels. I've never shopped at Michael's! But I bet that they don't have 90 minute lineups, so I'm giving Michael's 5 stars (since I can't delete the review, only edit it).

This place is the only store where we get our arts and crafts from now, They have a variety of options on the shelves.

Not a wide selection in their candle section. No molds, limited dyes no scents.

I found something that I had been looking for for almost a year there, so I was happy about that. They have so much selection and so many different things to look at, but the prices are outrageous!!

A well stocked craft shop with all sorts of supplies for all sorts of crafts. A fairly small location, compared to other Michaels stores that I have visited. Inside of a mall.

Nice and bright store with a pretty logical layout (some Michael's are tough to navigate!). The shelves were all stocked full and were very tidy which really helped me find what I needed in the yarn section.

I really like this location. I don't get there often, but it's always neat, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. While it is a smaller store (compared to the ones in the Halifax/Dartmouth area), they have a decent selection of products. I always find something in the Clearance area I wasn't expecting to buy!
