We've consistently had great food from Rudy's. Have ordered from them a few times. Tried the pizza, donairs & kebab.

I ordered a 12 inch pizza! Similar prices to most places in Truro. Not the best pizza in town but pretty decent,I’d go there again. I did find there parking lot hard to get in and out of because they’re right by the lights on willow so there always seems to be a big line up of cars. Other than that it was a pretty good experience,they were friendly,it seemed clean and the pizza was definitely not greasy!

Absolutely fantastic food. Have tried many items, and I am always more than happy. One of the best burgers you can find anywhere, and the pizza never disappoints! The customer service at rudys is exceptional, it's always a great experience.

Amazing customer service. Rudy is friendly and cares about his customers. He offers the best Gluten Free options in town. The garlic fingers and he pizza are packed full of the flavor and it doesn't taste like most other gluten free options. Highly recommended.

Loved the beef kebab wrap! Didn't realize they had 6.50 delivery but that was my only negative. The owner delivered the food and he was very friendly, you could tell he put a lot of love into his business.

This place is amazing, definitely worth it and Rudy is a great guy. Shawarma and Donair’s here are amazing the rest of the menu is great as well. You should give it a try!

This was my first time here, I'd been planning to go for ages, and my birthday seemed like a good opportunity, with just a friend, for a low-key event. I have to say I would probably give Rudy's another star, but we went at an awkward time, I think, so it was hard to tell. At 3pm in the afternoon, a freezing rain storm was possibly on the way, so the restaurant was completely empty except for my friend and me. I wasn't really too familiar with what a "Shawarma" was. It wasn't bad & for me, enough for 2 meals (I took the rest with me) - but I would forego the dill pickles in it next time. Or maybe try something else - there were a number of good things on the menu, including hamburgers & such if you preferred that to Middle Eastern fare.(Sorry, I don't have pictures 'cos I can't figure out how to do it. ) I know Rudy, and some of his family, so it was also nice to find out how everyone was doing (I've been kind of out of circulation awhile.) I can't remember the cost, as my Shawarma was very nicely no charge for me, thanks to Rudy. (But please don't ask him for freebies, I don't think this is usual, and he's just trying to provide for his wife and daughter in this small place.) I'm sure he's bound for bigger and better enterprises soon! You should give it a try!

First of all congratulations for ruddy kabab pizza for one year anniversary completed and I had visited over there to had a pizza and some other food , it was really delicious, had amazing food and I really enjoyed it and I would be highly recommend to people to come and have visit Rudy pizza at Truro.even ruddy who owned by it has great customers service. Extraordinary restaurant. Personally, the best Kebab & Pizza place in Truro. Been there 3 times and ordered from them multiple times and they never disappoint. I recommend it for everyone who seeks an authentic Italian style pizza and a Donër Kebab rather than Donair. Kudos and Keep up the good work 👏🏿🙌🏿

Definitely my favorite spot for delicious pizza in town. The crust is crispy outside, soft and chewy inside, with rich sauce, perfectly melted cheese, and fresh toppings. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend!

To be honest, the pizza was pretty basic. It tasted alright, but it was nothing special. The mozzarella sticks also don't come with marinara, which wasn't found out until we got them home. I probably won't return because it didn't peak my interest, and it is extremely similar to other places that crowd Truro.

Best donair ever! The sauce has the perfect balance. Had such a wonderful experience. Staff is super nice and friendly. Absolutely the No.1 donair in Truro. Definitely will come again :) I never write any reviews, but for this restaurant, I had to. Love this restaurant so much!

We were at Rudy’s several times during our stay in Nova Scotia and we have to say we have not have fries or pizza anywhere as good as Rudy’s. We will definitely be back!

Rudy is the man. He is a great cook. Had our first visit today and it will not be our last. This unassuming little restaurant is an excellent place for good, well priced food! Highly recommend.

We ordered the donair pizza and garlic fingers for take out and it was amazing! We will definitely be back!! My husband picked it up and said staff were very friendly and truly appreciated the business! It wasn't greasy and cooked to perfection!

Went to Rudy’s today for the first time and it blew away my expectations. As someone who lived in the Middle East, I really appreciate good middle eastern food and the shawarma and the kebab did not disappoint. The Shawarma had the tenderest marinated chicken with just enough garlic sauce and dill pickles to balance the palette, probably the best shawarma I’ve had in Nova Scotia. The beef kebab not only had an amazing presentation, but the flavor was rich and the meat was packed and extremely filling. The restaurant itself is very clean with lots of comfortable seating and the service was so kind. Overall a wonderful experience with a very yummy and filling lunch.

Donair sauce was gross tasted like just milk and bad milk at that . Overly greasy and the toppings were not fresh on the pizza . Prices were standard with most in town but quality is pretty bad. Would never eat again

Decided to try a rudys donair from here for the first time. Quality was excellent, was a little expensive for the size but I'm used to big donairs. But all in all it is good quality and was delicious. I would go again, if they raised the price i may change this but for now good review.

Excellent! Food was delicious and serving sizes huge, even hubby couldn't finish the Donair! Amazing young man who moved here from Syria to start a new life here a few years ago. So very glad we stopped here for dinner on our trip to Nova Scotia. A must visit place.

Fantastic first-time experience, last night! The owner of Rudy’s personally delivered our food to our Truro, NS, hotel. We had a great chat about his experience coming to Canada from Syria. Pizza, wings, donair and garlic bread were all superb. Outstanding customer service! You need to support this young man and his family!!
