【受付】 15時からの診察受付を14:40から開始にしているが、私を含めた患者数名は14:25くらいから待合室で待っていました。 その間、明かりもBGMもない寒い待合室で待たされ、看護師や受付の方の話し声が裏から聞こえてきていました。(診察の話などではありません。プライバシーもあるので触れませんが、患者に聞こえていいのかと思うようなとてもプライベートな会話です。)仮にも病院なのですから、そういった私語が聞こえてくるのはどうかと思いました。 また、受付の機械がエラーが出て困っている患者に対して、受付の看護師が冷たかったことも気になりました。 【診察】 みなさんが書かれているように、診察は診察とは言えないものです。今まで行った病院の中では間違いなく最悪です。 アナウンスで呼び出される際も「◯(診察番号)番、◯(診察室番号)番！」と言った感じで、どうぞの一言もありません。 これでは初めてかかる人は何のことだかもわかりません。慌てている患者も何人もいました。 2〜3秒経っても患者が入室しないと「◯(診察番号)番！！！」と苛立った先生のアナウンスが響き渡ります。 診察はこちらに喋る隙を与えてくれません。病状を伝えようとしても、先生の見ただけで決めつけた発言で遮られます。 そして早口で何の薬を出されるのかも理解できないまま、退室を促されます。 もちろん「お大事に」の一言もありません。 【薬の処方】 診察が終わると、もう一つの待合室で待たされます。そして看護師さんから再び番号が呼ばれます。 処置室のようなところに案内され、何をされるのかと思えば、薬の使い方をレクチャーされます。 ここは看護師(?)さんが担当のようで、先生よりは丁寧ですが、寄り添うというよりはたくさんいる患者を捌いていくといった感じで、忙しないです。 また、私の場合は頼んでもいない美容医療的な処置もされました。これは診察の時点ではわからず、処置室に行ってはじめてこんなことをするのかと驚きました。 それが終わると、再びはじめの待合室にもどり会計を待ちます。 その時に薬の処方があれば受け取るのですが、受付の方もやはり適当で大して説明もしてくれず不安になりました。 【医師や看護師、スタッフについて】 他の方の口コミでも院長先生の診察の件については指摘があり、それに対して副院長先生が謝罪の文を書かれていますが、それではなぜ院長先生の診察態度は改善されないのでしょうか。 たくさんの方が不安、不快な思いをされていると思います。病院の信頼を下げることにも繋がっている案件だと思いますが、今後も同じような診察を続けられるつもりなのでしょうか。 また、看護師やその他スタッフについても同じことが言えると思います。患者一人一人に寄り添い親身になる態度が欠けていると思います。 何のために病院で働いているのでしょうか。皮膚の病気や悩みなんて、と考えているのでしょうか。患者はお金を落としてくれるだけの存在でしょうか。 ニキビ一つ、ヤケド一つにしたって患者は悩んでいるから、不安だから病院に行くのです。それを適当な態度で扱われることがどれだけ傷つくか想像も出来ないのでしょうか。 もうかかることも無いと思いますが、これからこちらの病院に行かれる方の少しでも参考になればと思います。 今後、環境が改善され良い病院になることを祈ります。

20代です。 毛穴改善コンビネーション治療を施術して頂きました。ハイドラとフラクショナルレーザーなのですが、ハイドラの施術までは良かったです。担当してくれた方の態度も良く丁寧でした。しかし別館（？）で施術してもらうレーザーの時、麻酔を塗ってもらうまでは良かったのですがレーザー施術を担当してくれた方はすごく雑で本当に全顔に当たっているのかなと感じました。最悪なのはその後でHPでは15分程度の顔のクールダウンがあるとあったものの実際は3枚の濡れた紙ナプキンのようなものを渡され2枚は来院時に着けていたマスクに挟み1枚はおでこに当てろとの事。しかもその姿で受付前の待合室に戻された時はマジかと思いました。元美容医療の施設で働いていた身としては結構驚愕でした。冷却はかなり大事だと思っていたので。またもう一度抜き打ちで試しに行ってみようと思います。その際も口コミに書こうと思います。

閉じてしまったピアスの穴あけをしてもらいました。待ち時間は、長かったのですが受付けの方も看護師さんも対応よく気持ちよくいられました。ただ、一つ言えば医院長先生らしき方が患者さん見ながら他の看護婦さんの悪口言ってたのはきになります。後治療後にスマホで電話してる先生は初めてみました。そこさえなければいい病院だと思いますよ

今は主に美容目的のレーザー治療で通院しています。 院長、少し個性的？ですが、大体いつもご機嫌な感じで特に嫌だなと思った事はありません。 また、昔(15年くらい前？)通っていた時と今では院内の雰囲気が全然変わっていて凄く驚きました。 受付や看護師の方々、脱毛センターの方々もみなさんとっても優しく丁寧です。 個人的には美容系の相談をしたい方は副院長を指名するのがおすすめです🥹 「綺麗になりたい」という気持ちに寄り添って診て下さると思います。 いつもありがとうございます🙇🏻

本日、セカンドオピニオンとして受診しました。 副院長が診てくださいましたが、とても熱心で一つ一つ丁寧に説明をしてくれ、私の質問にも的確なアドバイス等をいただきました。 待ち時間もホームページに臨時更新されるのでタイミングを見ながら行けばさほど待たずに済むと思いました。 残念ながら、こちらで診てもらうのはまた先になりそうですが(先に入院するため紹介状を書いてもらいました)必ずこちらでアフターフォローをしてもらおうと思います。 受付の方も感じが良く優しそうな方でした。

☆病院に関しては順番をアナウンスされる時、聞こえなかったり…モニターとアナウンスのタイムラグがあるので慌てる事が。 ☆レーザー治療では看護士さんによってレーザーのあて方にかなりばらつきがみられたので改善して欲しいです。 途中から副院長に診察していただいてますが、親切、丁寧で優しいイケメン先生。これからも変わらず素敵な先生でい欲しいです。 より一層良い病院となるよう期待しています。

私は更年期障害が酷く、鬱の様になってしまい、何も出来なくなってしまっていました。 それで、色々なサプリや漢方やら飲みに飲みまくり肝臓を壊しました。 辿り着いたのが、ここ鶴町皮膚科のプラセンタでした。 嘘の様に身体が回復していき、今では前以上に家事をこなせる様になりました。 保険適用で1回500円です。 あと、自費にはなりますが、美容注射で、肝臓の洗浄作用があるとの事なので今はその注射もたまに打ってます。 混んでますが、通い続けます^_^
