数回通った中での感想です。
基本的には頼んだらすぐ料理やお肉が来たり、
網交換やお皿を下げてくれるのに関しては、店員が良くホール回ってくださってるので注文しなくても割とすぐ声掛けてくれます。
料理やお肉等の量や大きさ、厚さも丁度良く、味付けも美味しいです。
ただ、1度だけあったのが、たまたまその日、その席だけかもしれませんが
休日のお昼に混雑している時、食べ放題の最初に運ばれてくる料理以外を注文した際の出来事なのですが、注文して10分してから頼んだ数品のうち、最後の方に頼んだ料理2品と飲み物1つだけ来て、その後10分経ってもお肉や料理が運ばれて来ず、店員を呼んだところ端末での通信不良により客席と厨房内での注文が反映されておらず、
注文してない事になっていたようです。
それで、店員が直接注文を取ってくれて最初二頼んだものだけで揃ったのが食べ放題始まってから30分は経ってました。
最初に到着してた料理を食べてから時間が経ってたので、満腹感も感じ始めてて
お肉焼く時間もあったのでその日は普段のようにはあまり食べられませんでした。
機械なのでもしかしたら今後も同じようになる方も居るかも知れません。
あくまでも焼肉屋さんなので機械トラブルは仕方ないです。直ぐに直せるのは専門のお店や専門の方だけなので…
お節介かもしれませんが、
ただ、もし混雑時又はそうでない時も
端末で注文して15~20分経っても来なかったらその可能性もあるので待ち続けずに店員さんに伺っても良いかも知れません。トラブルの場合は直接店員が注文受けられたり、他の機種等何かしらして下さると思うので…
普段は忙しくとも直ぐに運んできてくれたり等で基本的にはとても良いお店だと思います。
