Very Beautiful and Big park for children.

There are many plum trees (ume) here. In the blooming season between end of winter and early spring, the ume blossoms are very beautiful. Mostly have white petals, but some also have light pink, pink and dark pink. There are also a few trees that have 2 kind of petal colors, white and pink in one body of tree. Worth to visit in their blooming season : now!! (I'm afraid this weekend they're no longer blooming)

Nice simple park with a large flat gassy field used by some for park golf, a rolling hills section with Manu prune and cherry blossom trees. A couple of scattered benches, but nice for a picnic. Parking is a bit scarce, but there is an adjacent street which people seem to use for parking. Public restrooms are available, but I do not recall any play area for young kids.

This park is known as plum garden park in Tsukuba, situated at Umezono area. Its a very beautiful and family friendly park. Basically, this park is familiar for Japanese plum blossom containing white and pink plum. Some benches are there along with public restroom facilities. There is a Starbucks near to this park. But, no or scarce parking facility is available. Everyone park their car on adjacent street. Weekends are literally busy but you can enjoy with your family and spend some times with plum especially during spring.

Great place for hanami. Small but quiet.

2023.3.5(日)訪問。 梅は満開見頃で見事でした。たくさんの花見客も。 まだ風は冷たいので、ピクニックの場合が毛布があるといいかも。 また、今の時期花粉がすごいので、花粉症の人はティッシュとマスク必須。 椿(つばき)や日本水仙(すいせん)も綺麗に咲いていました。 車で2分のところに、セブン・ファミマ・ローソンも有り。

大変不本意なことに、今年の夏僕はキクイムシの「調査シート」に捕まって死んでしまいました。目的以外の生き物まで捕まえてしまう方法が本当に調査として適切なのでしょうか？ああ、あんまり口惜しいので、他の事も少し言わせてください。なぜ、他の地域では（NHKの契約料は別として）無料で見られることの多いBS放送のために、こちらではケーブルテレビ局と有料契約をしなければいけないのでしょうか？なぜ、賃貸住宅の多くで割高なプロパンガスを使わなければいけないのでしょうか？なぜ、隣の地区では、せっかく残っていた樹木や公園を一斉に切り払ってまで、箱のように整然と住宅を並べてしまったのでしょうか？業者任せで都市計画は二の次ですか？ごめんなさい。もうやめますね。
