琴平荘での今シーズンの食べ納めも成し遂げ鶴岡に1泊。
せっかくなので2日目は「中華そば琴の」さんを初訪問。
ちなみに店名の
”
琴の
”
ですが 読み方は 『こんの』。
店主の名字である今野にちなんだものと推測いたします。
初見だと思わず『ことの』と読んでしまう方もいることでしょう。
鶴岡エリアNo2の人気店ということで行列を覚悟して臨みましたが運よく駐車場に空き1台あり。先着は5人ほど。待つこと10分ほどで店内に入ることができました。
後から知ったのですが店主は琴平荘で修業経験もあるとのこと。
これは期待するなという方が無理があります。
ラーメンのメニューが多くどれにしようか注文を迷ってしまうほど。
油そばにニグめし(??)なるご飯ものまで揃う布陣。
期間限定のアスパラ冷やがけ...冷やしラーメン的な物だと推測。
これから暑くなる季節には最高かもしれません。
色々迷った挙句太麺チャーシュー麺(1,150円)、味付玉子(100円)。
そしてこの時期の鶴岡の名産でもある孟宗竹。
これを使ったメンマに釘付けになりすかさず注文(200円)。
そこからさらに10分ほどでラーメン到着。
スープの色は琴平荘でたべた醤油の色に似ています。
そして何より丼ぶりに乗った並々ならぬ具材たち。
ボリューム大目で嬉しくなっちゃいます。
孟宗竹のメンマも大きくてビックリ!
メンマ??というより煮付けに近い大きさでした。
太麺のビジュアルもすごかった!!
ゴワゴワした厳つい感じとは裏腹にモチモチしていて食感も良し!
これはクセになりそうです。
初めての訪問でしたが期待上の味に鶴岡のラーメンのレベルの高さを突き付けられた感じです。
次回は太麺塩チャーシューに挑戦してみようと思います。
