Nice hotel right in front of tsuruoka station and near many restaurants. Very convinient location. We spent approx.5000yen per night for room woth 2 beds. They serve buffet breakfast for 1300yen (1100yen if you reserve in advance), no dinner available

The front reception talk little English. Very welcoming. Very helpful. Home away from home. Free coffee. Ice machine. Washer and dryer. Ice bucket. Plenty of pillows. Breakfast was lacking cereal. Free bikes could of been better if they had gears. I would consider for me calling it a quaint place to stay. It's 1.4km from train station. We caught taxi to hotel because we arrived late evening and walked back in leaving.

APA has a generally good standard and this hotel fit the level of other APA-owned hotels that I have stayed at. Clean, nice bed, large television and close to the station. The corridors and rooms smelled a bit of cigarette smoke in case you are sensitive to that.

Nice staff, great amenities in the room, clean, wifi available and vod with a large TV. English as well as jp programs are available. Not a bad stay. Breakfast is lacking and would need better / variety for the cost.

Was clean and in front of station. Had parking for rental car. Conbini store a short walk with an Izakaya in front of hotel. Not a lot there but hotel and staff were good.

Clean rooms. But felt tiny. Location was good as once you exit from tsurouka station you can see the entrance

The service is getting lower and lower every year. Last year still feel pretty good, but this year breakfast quality is really bad and free water service only provided on first day, even though the price is higher than last year

Excellent location, near the JR station and major speedway. Even though there was construction refacing the building, we had no issues with noise or anything. Parking was about 1000 yen per day at the attached lot. Front desk was helpful both with amenities as well as local information.

I’m extremely disappointed about this hotel. I left my shirt then They throw my shirt out without saying anything.the manager was super rude and arrogant.
