Such an amazing ambiance, to begin with, and unforgettable staff through and through on all levels. I had a very weird experience at this clinic. I had a root canal done, which also needed a crown. I paid for the metal crown with porcelain cover for aesthetics. A few days after it was fitted, I could probably chew as the bite wasn't right. So I went back hoping to have it adjusted, refitted or changed. But the dentist just drilled off some parts of the crown, exposing the metal underneath. So now I'm left with a half-metal/half-porcelain chipped crown.

Oh my God! Smile shop dental clinic is simply the best, very good customer service relation and they sure do have solutions to every dental problem you can think of in this life. Is it some of their equipments that I’ve never seen in one or two other dental clinics I’ve been to? I don’t even want to talk about how respectful and well mannered their staff is. It’s always a very nice experience going there.

I love the way everywhere is organised, the staff are so welcoming and highly respectful and you get attended to almost immediately if not immediately. The dentist, she's supper good at her Job and friendly too. The smile shop dental clinic is perfect for everyone. Best dental clinic so far.

I loved the experience. I went there for a dental wash. I was anxious at first but they immediately put my mind to rest. To be honest I don't know why people have a phobia for dentists. The process of removing the plaque was relaxing and the operating room has like a serene painting on the ceiling that calms your nerves. The professionals are also nice and interactive. It was a lovely experience. I have a positive outlook on dental washes now and can't wait for my next one.

I did not have any issues with my teeth though, but I just felt the need to get a professional washing…as per new year things…LOL. Asides getting my teeth washed, I loved the experience… My mouth feels its freshest ever… Love, love, love how my mouth feels Thanks to the medical personnels who made the whole experience worthwhile
