I went in Monday at 4 pm and there’s like 7 aisles blocked off in the auto and tool section. I couldn’t even get what I needed. This happened too many times and now I’m finally fed up and writing a review. This blockage should not be during the day. It should be at night.

If you lucky you will find what you looking for . If not , don’t expect any help from employees. Very rude and unprofessional on the floor . Cashiers are friendly though . A lot of things are out of stock like everywhere else right now . Curbside pick up is awesome! As soon as park and check in , they bring your items right away . It’s time saver !

Went in to get mustard and a Coleman propane bottle... There was no mustard on the shelf... There was no propane bottles on the shelf. Also the last 3 times I've gone I've had to wait 30 minutes in line at checkout and often one of the entrances and shelf check outs is closed. If you are planning a short trip here it probably won't happen. I think the employees are doing the best they can. They are obviously understaffed. Seems like WMT needs to step up their hiring/training.

Sick with the latest COVID crud , my husband and I put in a huge Walmart pick up order online. All was per usual for our pick up but I did comment to my husband that I thought there would be more bags. So we head home ( an hour away ) and get home unpack the groceries and find we are missing all the protein , all the meats we ordered were not there. I called the help line on the app and talked to someone that was rude and utterly unhelpful and refused to get me her supervisor. Finally frustrated I hung up on her and called my store. The Tumwater WA store. I was told the pick up team was busy And they would call me back. I waited an hour and called the store when I got to talk to Lucas right away. He was amazing. Very sweet and was able to find my meats. I drove back to the store and called the number and Michael ( I think he said his name was ) can hustling right out and loaded it up for me. He was also really nice and easy. Maybe it was just me figuring this would be another battle but the local store was so helpful and just plain nice. You guys are being an amazing job and this sick old lady sure appreciated these two gentleman. I really hope this get back to their bosses and they are at the very least acknowledged for being super hero’s today. Thank you so much.

Drove there today with my 2 little ones to return a lamp that I ordered that arrived broken, a jacket that they sent the incorrect 1 for (for the 2nd time!) and a rug that just looked cheap and customer service was roped off and closed! At around 6pm! I asked the lady at the door and she said it was because they were “short staffed” and to come back around 7:30! So I wasted gas, which is insanely expensive, and my time, only to have to take all the garbage back home. Because of that I didn’t want to give that store any of my money, so we just left. My kids were crying because they wanted to go shopping. Walmart can afford to have enough staff. They’re just such a greedy corporation. Not even going to order from them online anymore because most of the time stuff is damaged or wrong.

Absolute insanity. Went here today and had 6 things to buy. At 530pm they had 2 lanes open (plus the lane where you buy cigarettes and alcohol), one side of the self checkout (the side that was open not even all registers were open) and the other self checkout was closed. The lines were absolutely ridiculous and the cashier's were moving slowly. There was 4 employees standing around at the front (two were management), and other employees throughout the store. I understand that not everyone is trained to use a register, but I know the two managers and other employee knows. One could've opened another lane and the other could've opened self checkout. The self checkout had 23 people in line, wrapping oast the frozen food section, and each lane had 20 people in it. After waiting for 25 minutes with probably another 20 minute wai of. This is the 2nd time it'd happened. I ended up leaving because after 25min our frozen stuff was thawed. Won't be back.

I’ve had bad experience after bad experience at this Walmart. Aside from the employees being the rudest out of any Walmart I’ve ever been to, which I understand is a sort of general rule for Walmarts everywhere, many many items listed as being in stock on the website (at this particular store, even saying there are 20+ of the item on the shelf) are nowhere to be found and the shelves are bare. Today I went in to buy a battery for my truck. After spending about seven full minutes trying to find someone in that quadrant of the store (let alone that department) I finally found someone and he got me the battery. He explained that I needed to pay in sporting goods then take my core battery to the customer service desk to get the core charge refunded. When I arrive at the desk it’s dark and the only person there is the dude who just sold me the battery. I said, “is there some other desk I was supposed to go to when you told me to go to customer service?” He said “no” and then called someone on his walkie-talkie. He then informed me that customer service would be closed until the following day. This is at 7pm on a Wednesday; I could understand if it was 10pm, but they’re open until 11pm. I do not live close to a Walmart store, it’s incredibly inconvenient for me (not to mention the cost of gas) to have to go back to the store another time to do this. I asked him why he sold me the battery without telling me the desk was closed for the night and he just shrugged. Pretty much every employee interaction I’ve had at this store has been this way. I guess it’s time to stop going to Walmart; or to only go it I’m in the mood to not be able to buy what I came for, spend half the time I’m in the store looking for someone to help me, and get treated like my presence is an inconvenience.

This walmart is great, the store is always clean and I always receive great service. There are 3 employees that are always helpful, Austin, Joel, and Tristan. They always greet me when I see them and are ready to help whenever I've asked. Thanks guys, great job.

If I could give this Walmart 0 stars I would, I placed a curbside order today, I needed it before I got home for work so I put my husband as the pick up person, my husband went to pick it up and waited there for 40 minutes. Mind you 8 cars showed up after he had gotten there and they all got their order immediately and got to leave. Walmart needs to do a better job with their employees and their systems that is absolutely ridiculous to have to sit there and wait for 40 minutes. I would have understood if they were completely swapped and all the spots were filled but they were and for people who showed up after he did it I get their orders first is down right stupid. We will be taking our money else where.

As a spark driver, this is consistently the worst store to have to deal with, every delivery wastes at least a minimum of 20 minutes of my time, I constantly see other drivers complain about being kept for more than 40 minutes. The person running the show behind the doors is obviously inept and needs to lose their job. Someone from management needs to realize this is hurting sales and fix it.

Went to pick up my freezer, and it wouldn't fit in my car. This was my fault and i asked if they could allow me to get my SUV and come back. Keep in mind, when you do that, the ticket says you picked your stuff up. I came back and called the number to let them know i was there. No answer. I happened to see a young lady who was doing the curside delivery, and asked if she could help me (i waited until she was done with her delivery). She first ignored me and the pointed to a sign and said, "call the number or use the app." I ended up walking into the store, finding a manager and asking her for help. She then went to the back, found my freezer, with a note, and told them I was there. Then the same girl came out and brought it to me! Of course, with an attitude. This was completely unprofessional, and I will never use curbside pickup at this store again.

Very good service with home grocery delivery. Makes it easier for me to shop online and have groceries delivered to my front door. I am elderly and have physical impairments. Very handy for me not to have to go to store to do my shopping.

Everything is good with Walmart except their frozen dairy department isn't kept fresh - especially noticeable by stale cheese that gets hard or goes bad very quickly after purchasing. Just FYI, the milk and meats are usually okay because they get stocked directly from inside the dairy or meat refrigeration rooms, but the rest of the dairy department is particularly at risk because of the way it is stocked overnight without enough man-hours allowed by management to control and improve the efficiency of the cold-chain, stocking, and binning procedures. If corporate Walmart sees this, I recommend diverting triple the number of employees of the usual overnight frozen dairy staff in order to maintain a complete 100% completion of stocking and binning every night within the first 4 hours before lunch and then sending all the staff from frozen dairy to other departments for the second half of the shift wherever it is needed. That way, the cold chain is much more reliably followed and the perishable dairy products will be kept pristine and fresh for costumers. Not to mention avoiding items remaining shrink-wrapped on pallets night after night without being stocked or binned, causing the system product counts to be off or double ordered.

Stupid! I have to ring my stuff up, buy a bag, bag it and do what a cashier does usually. Then they want to make sure I paid by looking at my receipt? Your smoked! I should be getting a discount not being accused of stealing.

Wish I could give this store a 0. The self check staff are always beyond rude, and just to get any sort of help is about as easy as getting water out of a rock. The store was a mess, aisle full of racks and pallets. I have not shopped there in months and after my last trip there, I remembered why.

Only for the New Cashier.. didn't catch her name she was super polite and patient... and Jaymes, who was also super helpful at check out. Everyone else in my experience has been well below average in their customer svc skills. So A++ to those two 😊

Wanted to shout out LACEY in the vision center. She was so kind and sweet and went out of her way to fix my broken sunglasses, even last minute at the end of the night. She literally went above and beyond for no other reason than kindness :') She got me patched up super quick and even thanked ME for my patience?! You are awesome Lacey, thank you again :D

Everything was great until we went to purchase a propane tank. We bought it at the register but when we went to the garden center to have them unlock one nobody was there. So we had to go back in and have someone radio to meet us over there. Once we got someone over there it was easy.

I love wally world...except for the loss prevention employees..they follow you around and they're so obvious about it..they might as well wear a big sign that says I think you are a thief so I am going to watch you and make you feel like you are being being stalked by a crazy wacko..I paid for my merchandise and then complained to the store manager who replied " that's what they're paid to do." If you don't like it there's other stores around. HOW RUDE

Really depends on when you go. There is no issues with staff or things being out of place or heavily out of stock that can be blamed on staff. Aisles are large and the remodel helps customers do smaller runs quick themselves. The pick up crew has been expanded and my wife has used that service a few times. Why not 5 stars? Walmart is a massive experience for groceries. Essential items are in the very back of the store by design. I need eggs and milk every trip and it's just a long walk. I know I don't have to go in I know. Really the place does the best it can and my checker this week was awesome. Also not a fan of stopping on my way out to have someone highlight my receipt. Costco loses the same star.

If you're looking for something cheap, made in China, and don't need it to last very long then this place has you covered. Groceries are cheaper when combining Costco and Wilco, even with the former's membership fee. We stopped in for a toy reward for my little kids after getting flu shots and being brave. I was reminded why we don't shop here. It's just an endless sea of fast fashion and durable goods that are anything but. You'd be better served on cost per use almost anywhere else.

I was not shopping Walmart but having my hair done at the Salon inside of Walmart. The Smart Style Hair Salon is excellent and my stylist Maddie is the manager. She permed my hair and I love it! It will add body and curl for 8 -10 months. She is efficient, friendly and stays on top of trends. Great shop!

If there is a good Walmart, this one is it. Selection and service is second to none. Even though this location is always busy, their associates are always working hard and keep the floor stocked as best as possible. This location has a great beer selection and is always early with seasonal merchandise. This location doesn't have an auto service center.

Came shopping early, the place was clean and organized and the people are very friendly. You only get four out of 5 stars because there's still a lot of empty shelves in your store. Buying cat food is a nightmare as the selections are limited. Almost all of the affordable cat food is gone and only high priced name brands were available. Let's face facts, I'm not paying 20 bucks for a 5 lb bag of cat food.

Hardly ever shop at Walmart, unless it is an emergency and they are the only business that has an item (since they are nearby). However, this particular location isn't bad. Just wish they would use cashiers again, it seems checkout is now self-service.
