We
stayed
at
the
Ramada
Plaza
in
Gammarth
from
the
3rd
until
the
5th
of
May
and
did
not
have
a
great
time.
First
when
we
arrived
late
in
the
evening,
the
air
in
the
room
was
really
hot
and
heavy
;
we
realised
later
the
AC
was
not
working
in
the
room.
As
a
result,
it’s
27ºC
during
the
night.
So
we
decided
to
open
the
windows
:
we
got
bitten
by
mosquitoes
all
night
long.
When
we
kindly
informed
the
staff
we
had
no
working
AC
in
the
room,
they
first
said
they
will
send
someone
to
fix
it.
We
waited
all
day
and
nobody
showed
up.
After
asking
for
a
3rd
time,
we
were
informed
the
AC
hasn’t
been
working
in
the
whole
hotel
for
multiple
days,
and
that
they
thought
maybe
it
will
be
fixed
by
the
end
of
the
MONTH.
That’s
the
kind
of
thing
you
would
want
to
be
informed
before
checking
in.
They
refused
to
lower
the
price
of
the
room
and
it
wasn’t
possible
to
get
us
another
room
more
far
away
from
the
pool
area
(hoping
there
would
be
less
mosquitoes).
Literally
we
had
to
choose
between
the
mosquitoes
or
>
27°C
in
the
room,
in
a
result
we
barely
slept
during
the
two
nights
we
spent
there.
The
staff
was
never
friendly
nor
trying
to
help.
It
seems
like
they
were
speaking
really
few
English
or
French.
Communication
was
really
complicated,
every
time
we
came
to
talk
to
them
about
an
issue,
they
acted
like
they
didn’t
care
and
all
they
could
say
was
“there’s
nothing
we
can
do
to
help”.
There
were
no
beach
facilities,
no
beach
area,
no
beach
beds,
no
bar
nor
restaurant
near
the
beach.
There
was
no
accommodation
where
you
could
stay
at
the
beach
;
you
have
to
sit
on
the
sand
with
your
towel.
We
asked
and
there
was
no
way
we
could
order
some
drinks
or
food
at
the
beach.
The
toilet
door
in
the
room
was
not
closing
as
well,
it
was
impossible
to
have
intimacy
as
the
toilet
was
directly
in
the
hallway.
Food
quality
at
the
buffet
was
really
low,
no
fresh
fruits
during
breakfast,
very
limited
menu
for
room
service.
It
kind
of
felt
like
the
entire
place
was
falling
apart
and
nobody
cares.
You
kind
of
expect
more
from
an
hotel
of
this
standing.
We’re
definitely
never
stepping
a
feet
in
this
hotel
again,
if
you’re
looking
for
a
nice
place
to
spend
a
few
days
in
Tunis
near
Gammarth
:
don’t
go
there!
