It's ok, kids can play and there are good variety of shops and banks; but there is too much trash and street dogs pop everywhere and at night drunk people use it as a bathroom, so during daylight it smells funny at some points in the park not everywhere.

Part of the center of city, with a beautiful church, and a central sculpture of Julio Flórez (poet & writer). You can also find ATMs and an old bakery (El Florida)
