The hotel and the rooms look palatial. But that’s all that is good about this hotel. It’s just superficially grand. But the toilet had a bad odor. Soaps are not sufficient. To say that the breakfast is dull is an understatement. And the staff don’t really care about guests. Check out was a pain since the guy was meticulously checking every dollar note I gave. Even a small fold on the note he would ask me for another good looking note. I’m glad I had enough notes with me. Looks like they want US dollar notes right out of the treasury!

Worst hotel i ever went. No wifi. No swiming pool. Not clean. Not working tv. Not working plug, no water during the night. Ask US dollard for payment. And finaly not friendly reception.

Brand new 5 star hotel. Just opposite the Berkarar mall which is the only one in Ashgabat. They have clean and good service. Prices are very good. You can use sauna, pool, turkish bath and steam room.

We stayed at this Sport hotel at Ashgabat city , the hotel is nice with Victorian style furniture which looks classic and grand . Breakfast selection was plenty to choose from . Overall a lovely stay

This white and gold ornate hotel is huge. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was expansive but food quality just okay. However, dinner I ordered room service was fantastic! I stored a backpack in their storage area while I went away on a tour for a couple days and when I returned it was gone. However, I was very impressed with their security guy reviewing videotape identifying the culprit, pulling up his passport copy, and getting my bag back from him even though he was 3 hours away at that point. (He took it by mistake at the direction of someone else). Kudos.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean room. Good location, which is right opposite of the Mall. 130$ USD per night with breakfast. But the breakfast buffet was not so good.

The hammam was awesome. Big and beautiful. Initially the wifi internet also had no firewalls which was amazing. 2 days later the hotel firewalled it, incredibly depressing. So perhaps what they say online is true all network activity is monitored here? So insane!

It's incredibly expensive for foreigners. They charged 136 usd for a twin room.

Everything was perfect the staff, rooms, and breakfast. But the only big problem is booking a hotel, they do not confirm the reservation by phone.

Don’t eat here in the restaurant! He had pizza which taste bad and after we had lots of problem with our stomach! Be carefully. But it is worth to go up to the restaurant, amazing 360 view and beautiful sunset!

A very luxurious place with an excellent gym pool and spa.

Modern, well located, rooms well equipped, good gym & pool. Can't understand the breakfast though: For instance, very poor and not freshly baked bread, no toaster to make more pleasant to eat... Improvement urgently needed please!
