It's my 10-year anniversary and instead of getting a brand new ring, we decided to keep the stone and update with a new custom setting. After extensive research and reviews online, we found Mark @ Ideal Luxury who was super knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what I wanted. He was also very patient with me and overall honest, which is hard to find in the high-end jewelry industry. I have nothing but nice things to say about Mark!!! Enough said and let me show you my ring, the picture speaks for itself...my center stone is a 1.51 Cushion-cut VVS2 Colorless, which they matched perfectly. About a month before I got engaged, I inherited a precious family heirloom diamond ring, passed down from my great great grandmother from the 1890s. I wanted to get it looked at and assessed by a professional I could trust with such valued piece, but I wasn't sure where to go. One jewelry store at South Coast Plaza recommended Ideal Luxury and I went that day! Mark was a joy to work with, and he put me and my now fiance at ease right away with his friendly and calm manner.
