I am celebrating my 3 year anniversary this month with Full Circle and this is the first time I have every stuck out a workout program! It has been a life saver and I have now created a healthy routine!! Check them out!! The workout groups are small, the studio is clean and I have met so many nice people that have become friends!!

FCF represents personal attention all the way. No matter what age-related physical limitation I have, the staff knows what to do to keep me fit. I'm currently working with Coach Rickye through bursitis and a golfer's elbow and we're still able to maintain a good workout; and the small group workouts can be customized to meet your needs, too. The entire staff is competent, empathetic, and energetic and the gym is clean, conveniently located and has plenty of parking. It's a gem. Check it out.

Full Circle Fitness offers a personal touch with specific attention to each member's physical shortcomings, I am enrolled in Small Group Trainings and Pilates. Small Group Trainings are designed for no more than six members and address cardio, strength and balance; Pilates are semi-private with no more than three members. There are other services that are offered, as well as fun activities such as dance party, book club, Tai Chi in the park and hikes. Shout out to the Rosa and coaches who have taken the time to understand who we are, and what each of us need. They are professional, take genuine pride in our accomplishments, and encourage us to achieve our goals and beyond. It is a very positive environment. Thanks to all of you.

This is the friendliest and least intimidating gym I’ve ever experienced. Class sizes max out at 6 people so instructors are able to keep an eye on you and tweak your movements to keep the exercises both beneficial and tailored to your needs.

I was stuck in a sedentary lifestyle when I joined Full Circle Fitness almost 2 years ago. FCF is a safe place to learn to move and push yourself. The trainers are so knowledgeable and the small group workouts are challenging, interesting, and developed from the latest science on functional aging. FCF is a caring and fun community that has helped me improve my health by developing a more active lifestyle that is sustainable and realistic. I can't recommend them enough!

What a wonderful concept Full Circle Fitness! It focuses on folks over 50 on their training at their own level. I love the special attention and small group training too. The instructors are fantastic from Pilates Autumn and the amazing Rickye it is a must try! They also create a true caring community culture. Please give it a try you will not be disappointed!

Rosa, Rickye, and the team at Full Circle Fitness are awesome!! They treat each client with an individual plan and mix it up with small group training so you feel supported. They customize to your needs and goals, not a predetermined workout routine. They really care and are passionate about helping people reach their goals!!

This is truly the best gym. They specialize in training adults over 50 and class size is small. You never feel as though you have to keep up with everyone else. The attention you get each class is positive and individually focused on helping you be the best version of you. And the coaches are A+ - caring and positive while offering gentle nudges to push yourself a little more. I look forward to each day I’m there and always walk out feeling like I can take on the world. This gym is like family. It’s like having your own personal coaches. I can’t say enough good things about Rosa and her team.

I have enough experience as a former collegiate athlete, exercise physiology college major, and personal trainer to know that Full Circle Fitness is the best place for anyone over the age of 50 who is looking to improve their health and wellness in an environment that is safe, fun, and tailored to each individual. The team at Full Circle Fitness goes above and beyond to provide exercise routines that are functional and appropriate to match the needs of each person's goals and physical restrictions. Highly recommend!!!

Full Circle Fitness is my gym and I cannot say enough nice things about them. The coaches never fail to make sure everyone is introduced and knows each others' names. It's such a welcoming environment. When I first started coming here, I really hated exercise. Now I look forward to it and with their regular assessments, I'm able to see the progress I'm making. The coaches are wonderful about adapting to each person's needs, too. I really appreciate that. And they're committed to being involved in our local community, which I love. Small classes and friendly, thoughtful people, dedicated to helping you improve your health and wellness. FCF has exceeded all of my expectations and I'm so grateful to have found them!

Full Circle Fitness is so much more than just a place to work out. It’s a community. This is a place where you can have fun while you learn about nutrition, increase strength, mobility and overall fitness. Rosa, the owner, is amazing, as are the coaches they are highly trained and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the Full Circle members. Joining Full Circle Fitness was the best decision I’ve ever made for my overall mind/body health and fitness.

I have been a member of Full Circle Fitness for six years. I enjoy my workouts which include Pilates and private sessions with my trainer. I train here four times a week. The atmosphere is very upbeat, friendly and the trainers are very professional. Being a senior I have several health issues which my trainers are aware of and monitor closely. To date, because of their monitoring, I have never sustained an injury. I highly recommend Full Circle Fitness without hesitation.

Rosa and the wonderful staff at Full Circle Fitness truly make this gym a special one attentive your personal needs. The training is challenging but never about making you feel so fatigued and exhausted you never want to come back. One the contrary, the classes are measured and movements are thoughtful. I felt results right away! This is a special place...lots of personal attention and an amazing team to help you!

I love FCF. I have been taking small group training classes for a year now and my stamina, balance, strength and mind have improved greatly. The wonderful coaches provide a personalized plan to make sure I do the work where I need it.

Full Circle Fitness is a specialized gym for adults over 50 years old. The owner, Rosa Coletto, and her staff of talented coaches are well trained in their specialties. The classes offered range from Mobility, Small Group (usually 6 or less) Yoga, Pilates to semi-private and private workouts. The workouts are challenging but not impossible. They focus on Speed, Strength, Flexibility. The instructors watch closely to see that each participant is performing the exercise properly. As a student, I appreciate a suggested correction as well as the encouragement. Emphasis is on good form and to master the basics. Then more challenges are added. In addition to the weekly schedule, new programs are added, most recently on Gut Health and Nutrition. To expand the community feeling, outings are planned for the weekend including hikes, pickle ball, and surfing. There is even a weekly book club with wonderful conversations. In the two years I have been attending I have noticed positive results in stamina, strength, and muscle tone. Full Circle workouts are a way of life- a healthy fit life! Come join us!

Full Circle Fitness is the first gym I've ever belonged to. My wife convinced me to join a couple of years ago, right before COVID hit. With the world shut down, I started attending the online workouts with Rickye. She is the best! She has kept me motivated and has encouraged me every step of the way. I'm really glad I joined and I highly recommend FCF and all the staff.

A year ago I hadn’t stepped into a gym in 25 years. I really wasn’t motivated to work out. The blessing in all of this was my injured back, which made me do something to try to help it. I tried chiropractic, acupuncture, and cupping. All of it was temporary relief. The next step was joining a gym. That’s when I found Full Circle Fitness. Rosa, your program was exactly what I needed. A little TLC, a little tough love, and lots of encouragement and accountability. I really felt that every trainer knew my individual issues and strengths. I could tell you talked behind my back, 😊 in a VERY good way to communicate my issues and weaknesses to the entire staff. I love that each session the trainer would adjust, tweak and prepare each session for each individual needs. I have seen real tangible results from the last year. My energy and stamina have greatly increased. My flexibility and strength has gotten better. And I have lost weight and inches. While the weight and inches weren’t the primary goal for joining, I’m now motivated to lose more weight and to get back to my ideal weight. As for my back, I have definitely seen improvement. While I still have issues, and I have tweaked it a couple times in the last year, working with you all, I have learned what I can and can’t do and being more vocal to communicate what feels good and what still hurts. This actually goes back to Krystle in Yoga saying to listen to your body. From Mercedes in Yoga continually telling us to do what feels right and to Rickey for not letting me push myself too hard and to stop before it hurts. P.S. Rickey, you are my inspiration.

👍👍 I was a member of this gym for a few months. It’s great for the price, staff is friendly. It’s a small gym but has enough equipment to be able to work out no matter what your goals are. 👍👍 I started at this OrangeTheory in Tustin back in 2018 and have been going ever since! The workouts are challenging and fun. The biggest motivator to come back though, is the staff. From Liz at the front, to Mel and James in the studio, every aspect of this OTF in Tustin is why I’ve kept coming back....
