Its an alright shopping center. I mainly only really come here for the amc theater. The parking is pretty bad. The way they designed it causes lots of traffic jams, slowdowns, and its just an all around pain in the butt throughout the whole place.

Lot of good stores, AMC, Whole Foods, planet fitness, shopping and eatery places. Been here to experience the yellow chilli restaurant. Place is kind off cool. Good place to hang out. It’s like shop all at one place.

I love the stores in this shopping area but I hate hate hate the parking and the traffic. Please let me know who the planner or architect for this shopping center is and where did he/she get her degree so that I make sure I don’t send my kids to that school.

We just ate at Red Robin, so no exclusively dining. Staff was great, food - not my type, but a comfortable place to be. Elias and Jessica were great.

I find it difficult to get in and out of this place and so I avoid going here as much as possible. I have been to the movies and sometimes to eat. Occasionally, I'll visit Whole Foods because I'm looking for something specific. I love Mendocino Farms and sometimes that is enough to get me down there. Sometimes I'm at Michaels because they have something I need.

This place was super clean and had a bunch of options no matter what you wanted to do for the day/night. I went to the AMC movie theaters to watch the new Exorcist film Believer. The seating here was ridiculously comfortable and that only a day reclined option but also heating!

We went to In and Out for snack. We did not go anywhere else. The area looks nice & safe. Buildings are modern. More parking areas.

Parking is very tough. I went to Red Robin, and the service was good. However, there is no soap in the restroom, not a drop. The servers and cooks aren't washing their hands?

I like open-air malls and appreciate that the large stores have their own massive parking areas. There are a great variety of stores here, a movie theater, and a few restaurants.

Security needs to be fired. They harass their patrons for just using the restroom. I come to the mall to shop and eat, and I walk to get there. And I was cleaning myself up after having walked there and these mall security goons, told me to leave. They told me I might be doing “weird” stuff here, like cleaning myself after using the restroom…. I asked to see the managers and they wouldn’t let me, so I walked to to the security office and this Hispanic man told me to leave and that they OWN ALL Businesses here. I ask him which one? He said Petsmart, and that one and that one…. Wow! Don’t harass your patrons that supports your salary and business.

Paid extra for prime seats and the seats we had didn't recline to the same spots. Made it uncomfortable to watch the movie. Not sure whats reverberating about these because there was nothing special about them just felt like your grandpa's old leather recliner. Sticking to the Fullerton dine in from now on seats are much larger and have easier controls to retract when people are walking by.

It's such a nice and cute area to hang and be with friends or family. It looks like there are more sites opening up soon so stay tuned for more restaurants and shopping places.

The whimsical vibe makes it a nice place to hang out. But if you have been a frequent visitor through the years, you'd probably be let down by your favorite stores/restaurants disappearing. Something to do with the owner forcing businesses to bid on rent prices.

No loitering/sleeping. Well I learned there is no "loitering" on this property. The security here (which is 24 hours) says the property is private and customers should only come 30 minutes prior to visiting their particular store, and only remain 30 minutes after they are done. I guess it's their property so they can lay down whatever rules they want.

Our favorite shopping center! It feels big enough that we can bring out-of-town family, but still holds a strong community focus—and totally walkable. We often frequent the AMC and are thrilled that they’ve added a few more affordable casual eateries. Love the holiday decor and comfortable outdoor seating!

I have to hate because even though the parking long hear is ginormous, it is always a mess. But great for skating in nite time. Catch me playing handball at one of the back wall there from time to time!!!

Great place to relax and catch up with friends. Came here on Thursday, we grabbed drinks at Boba Square and sat at the tables near AMC. Really like the calm relaxing environment, especially when having conversations with a friend. Clean location and well maintained.

It’s a good place where improvement has been done over the last 10 years, but it does not have key Restaurants which most percentage of people visit . I see it need more place to relax , some solar lights , covered area . The artificial grass does not give Appealing feeling to you . Will you spend weekend here , I am not sure yet . I think Costco here get more frequency than combined frequency of 30 other places .

👍👍 I love this round table in Tustin. Buffet M - Fri 11:00 - 2:00 pm and pizza always hot. Also reasonably priced. The personnel are friendly, the place is kept very clean, And the owner comes out to greet you and ask how is everything? Now that is Great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

👍👍 I've been shopping at this mall since I was a little kid. The stores have all changed, but they always put exactly what's needed in here. Michael's, swimming classes, Rockin Brew, 2 gricery stores, pool supply, juice, and so much more. Take a moment and swing by and see what's in there for you! Oh,...
