Decent hotel but honestly overrated. They charged us 28,000 lbp for 2 small bottles of water and there were only 2 very small bottles in the room. The whole experience was very average, the food is very good though. All in all I definitely wouldn’t go back because for the prices of the room the stay wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been . A lot of improvements should be made .

Be aware!! I had a bad experience although I didn’t go there, as i booked online and the hotel sent me a msg through the hotel booking application that they would cancel my booking unless i do an immediate payment although my booking is after 1 month a half , and they sent me a link to do the payment, then i paid with a code to my credit card, then again they asked for a payment and that the 1st one wasn’t processed, i felt something is fishy so i contacted the booking application, and the hotel didn’t deny nor accept the issue, so i contacted my bank and blocked my card plus i issued a dispute on the stolen amount and immediately cancelled my booking with this hotel, they stole from me before arriving imagine i stay there what would happen.

Overpriced hotel with a poor breakfast and only capitalizing on the rooftop club. The entourage of the hotel at night is infested by crooks trying to steal cars.

El Boutique is located near the sea shore, with great view to the sea and the sunset. Rooms are spacious with a double bed and a toilette, with a private balcony. Room has a tv, mini fridge, toilet, closet, shower, bathtub, volt, ac and heater Wifi is also available, sometimes fast others no but it does the job Room was very clean, with fresh bed sheets, fresh towels in the toilet, with shampoo bottles. Staff are friendly and always smiling and lot of help. The down side was that the toilette had a bad smell to it, opening the window resolved thar issue. There was also breakfast service with delicious arebic food, from balila, humus, eggs, sajj and more. It was a quite stay for a midweek getaway, place is recommended.

A very beautiful hotel in Tyre centrally located and overlooking the sea. The rooms are very clean & beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious. Overall our stay was very good. Highly recommended

The stay was terrible, the hotel was dirty and not well maintained (parts of equipment in the room were broken). The worst thing, however, was the noise from the club, we paid about 150$ per room and couldn't sleep at night because of that. And it was loud until 2 or 3 am. Stay away from this place!

Amazing seaside location with balconies overlooking the water. Super clean room, attentive staff. The room and bathroom were huge and high quality. They upgraded our room free of charge and also ironed our clothes on the house. Walking distance to the sour market and parking is so convenient! We loved it so much we extended our stay and they honored the rate. Love love love!!!

After a 1 hour drive to get to this place to have a drink with a nice view, we are not accepted at the entrance because we are two guys without a female with us. Very unprofessional and sexist management.

The view is amazing for a sunset, the food isn’t that good, the chicken is smelly and tastes like it’s raw, the experience wasn’t worth the amount paid !

Only writing for the rooftop bar:(I did not stay at the Hotel): the Service and the behaviour at the rooftop bar was one of the badest I had during the whole stay in lebanon.

Nice place for a short stay in Tyre . Recommended to visit the roof bar and have a nice drink 🍸. Enjoy

Went for sunset the argeele came after 1 hour without a disposable pipe when I asked for one the waiter said we might not have, the music was over loud for sunset time we were screaming to hear each others the waiters were not proffesional. ordered 1 tonic 1 minted lemonade 1 creme brulee the bill came 400.000 LL around 14usd. 2 stars for the view

Writing a review for the rooftop restaurant specifically, I did not stay in the hotel. The food was on point and the views were even better. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and was jam packed with flavor. A word of caution , the rooftop gets really loud for those who are sound sensitive, but otherwise an awesome place to eat out in Tyre.

I enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel, indeed of the most beautiful ones in Tyre and in Lebanon with magnificent and breathtaking sunsets 🌅 especially from the Terrace. The restaurant and Terrace is great. Delicious menu. Your hamburgers 🍔 could be better and also adding dishes vegetarians would be fabulous. My only feedback to the owners is related to the level of service which should be enhanced and improved. I was having breakfast/brunch and I waited for 45 minutes for my Eggs Benedicts, 20 minutes for my orange juice and cafe. UNbelievable and no apologies from the waiters providing service so my message is to be more mindful of the clients and provide good service. They seemed to be very disorganized. Also, make sure your staff wears masks as well, so you can really comply with COVID19 precautionary methods to stop the spread of the virus. Music selection is great, but I would appreciate that you keep the levels low while people are enjoying their dinner time, otherwise it does feel very uncomfortable and it kills and takes away the whole relaxing atmosphere energy and feeling. I was having dinner with my family and friends and having a good time talking and then the loud music started to play in the middle of our dinner killing our whole experience. It was so sad. Dinner time is dinner time. You can turn on the level of the music after everyone is done with their dinner please. Also, I felt really bad for the neighbors who are living nearby. I was staying in the hotel and could not sleep at all because of the loud music and also thinking that all the things that neighbors have to live through every weekend. It’s disrespectful of the community, especially of the elders who live around and deserve to rest and have a good night sleep. Considering adding glass windows at the terrace that will block the music 🎶 so it doesn’t bother or affect the community around by causing hearing loss with your music. You seem to have a management of innovative, and mindful entrepreneurs whom studied hospitality abroad so I hope that you find a way to do things differently and for the good of everyone. Thanks for understanding and I hope you take my feedbacks well so your can enjoy a great business and hotel, making good profits but also in benefits of the well-being and safety of all the humans around.

My girlfriend wouldn't stop eating fondant. Drinks, music and service were good. Not too much room up top so maybe go early.

Great cocktails and a good ambiance, really struggled to find a parking but it was worth it after all. The DJ rocked, the prices are very reasonable and its location is great. Plus the guacamole was on point. 100% going back

To start, the location is good. The view is good. The room is comfy and relaxing but the service of the morning breakfast was bad. Talking about the food also was disgusting. The food came cold : omlette foul balila , and the foul looked really bad like it was crushed up in the kitchen. The plate of the white cheese was water and some of the Halloumi were yellowish . The cup of the cappuccino was really messy. I didn t enjoy it at all in the restaurant. Yesterday at NYE party, we ordered 4 times Edamame and we didn't received in our table. Tho we were the first person entering the party. We still here in the hotel and we called 100 (the reception) ordering a big bottle of water and they came with 2 little bottles. To add that The menu of the hotel restaurant wasn't clear at all. Anddd ATTENTION TO THIS : THE OUTDOOR SITTING OF THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY MESSY AND IT WAS SO COLD!!!! We can't even sit inside to eat. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOUTIQUE HOTEL I DON'T RECOMMEND THE RESTAURANT At ALLLLLLLLLLLLL. This hotel is made only to sleep. Thank u to make my NyE this bad. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
