Absolutely fantastic! In fact it’s better than the dental care in England! It’s affordable too. I got a filling and honestly the woman that did it was so gentle. I usually hate dentists too! It was the first time I had a filling without an injection! I then had my teeth scaled and polished and that was also brilliant. They pay extra care to your teeth here. I would honestly go back here without a second thought! Thank you!

Do not hesitate if you're feeling sick while visiting Ubud. I was in and out in 15 minutes with the medicines I needed. The doctor and front desk clerk were extremely well versed in English and very cheerful and helpful. I'm so glad I went. Very affordable too.

Today the ubud clinic only gets 1 star. It’s doors are open yet no Receptionist or doctor is present. They need to put a close sign on the door or be back in an hour sign. However there is no one here and no one answering the phone when I call. I guess It is best to set up an appointment and use the numbers in the photos that I have set forth in this review So you don’t waste your time coming to a place that you cannot get support.

The woman on duty clearly did not want to see patients with little interest in taking a clear history, completing her exam, or providing proper care. I brought my wife here after she picked up a G.I. bug and had been unable to tolerate fluids for a day and a half. The doctor took quick vitals which showed an elevated HR and then did not complete the rest of her exam. She then sent us out without any anti-emetics, hydration, or waiting to see if her patient would tolerate PO. My wife continued vomiting whenever trying to drink and saw another clinic later that evening. We didn’t expect the doc to “cure” the illness. We did expect professional care with a proper medical screening exam and help with ensuring hydration.

I visited early in the morning with abdominal pain and diarrhea, and although I wasn't able to see a doctor, the two nurses were very kind. They looked into other 24-hour hospitals, and took Go-Jek there because they couldn't find it. A very kind nurse~

It's expencive. Only the consultation is 300k. If you pay that you can see the Doctor. 10 Minutes later thay sell some Basic Antibiotika for 400k. They deffinetly do that to tourists only because a Local could never afford that. So take anough cash or the Card.

Unbelievable service experienced with this clinic. They came to my hotel and prescribed me a range of medicines to fix my runny tummy at a total cost of $250 AUD which is very reasonable. They then stayed in contact with me days later to check on my progress and provided a full report and receipt via whattsapp for insurance purposes. I've never experienced better service back home in Australia. It's comforting to know when we come back to Ubud that we will be in safe hands if we need medical assistance.

Went into the clinic as I had an upset stomach. Was seen to so quickly by the extremely caring staff, was given a drip and appropriate medicine to take home. They messaged me after to see how I was doing. 10/10 experience.

In and out very quickly. Was traveling from USA when Bali Belly struck. No appointment and doctor saw me within minutes. Had option to do IV and antibiotics but chose antibiotics only since I had many Liquid IVs I traveled with to keep me hydrated. Very progressional staff and upfront about pricing so no surprises.

We took my boyfriend here to get his ear seen, suspected bite infection, they briefly checked his ear and prescribed paracetamol and ibuprofen which he was already taking. I asked about antibiotics several times as clearly it was infected and spreading down his face and they didn't want to give them! The next day we had to rush to the hospital as his whole face had swelled like a balloon. At the hospital the doctor couldn't understand why he wasn't given antibiotics the day before.. avoid this place as they didn't look like they had a clue!!

I was unwell 4 days into my trip. The staff were amazing. I was taken straight in and attended to my a nurse and a doctor. I was given medication and clear instructions for once I left. They were kind and very thorough. I also received a follow up message to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend clinic

Our visit to the clinic yesterday was extremely satisfactory. We were warmly welcomed at reception and the medical examination was sensitive and thorough.

The doctors in Ubud clinic they are irresponsible, not well trained and arent to be trusted. They had me diagnosed and gave me antibiotics for a virus that i was suspecting i had EBV. They didn't test me cause i didn't had insurance and just for the profit they couldnt make they prescribed me a combination of medication that caused me implications that i almost died. After I run tests in my home country, it came out that i had EBV and created complications with autoimmune disease. Now because other negligence, i have a pituitary lesion and probable inflammation in my brain. least to say that the antibiotics in combination with other medication, caused my micro biome to be destroyed and now after a year and a half my immune system being compromised. Dont trust any medication they give you and please go to a western doctor if you can find one cause many doctors in Bali is just fro profit. the don't care about the health of the people. Stay away from UBUD clinic.

The care we received here was amazing. We had two sick children with vomiting, stomach pains and diarrhea. This clinic was recommended to us as the best place to get treatment and they were right. They were given a thorough medical examination and we were offered different options for treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here if we ever needed medical advice.

I went to the clinic because I had lost my toenail due to a motorcycle accident and had a large wound there. I was informed in advance how much the treatment would cost and whether I had international insurance. I agreed to the treatment and was then immediately taken to the treatment room. A doctor and a nurse treated my wound professionally and the doctor was able to answer all of my questions. In general everyone spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. The atmosphere was relaxed but still professional. At the end I got bandages, the invoice and the report. I also received it via WhatsApp and if I have any questions, I should get in touch at any time. I can only recommend everyone to go to this clinic, I was very satisfied with the treatment and felt extremely comfortable and in good hands.

Highly recommended clinic !! It was my 2 day in Bali when I came to clinic with my sore throat. Staff was so kind and took care of me from first seconds. After couple minutes I had an appointment, doctor checked what’s wrong and give me medication. I was sleeping all day but in the evening I was better. The day after appointment I was like new. Thank you for saving my stay in Bali, Ubud !!!

It was a long time ago, but I went her every day for about a month while I was recovering from a motorbike accident. They cleaned my foot well each day and really helped me from having lasting damage. I did have a kinda weird experience with one of the nurses, but overall I was very impressed and charmed by the siblings who run this place.

I had a first time drop-in appointment yesterday at Ubud clinic. The intake staff and nurses were efficient / polite and straight to the point (even stating fees before we had a sessions 👍🏽. And the fees are very reasonable🌟….. Dr. Kadek was efficient … easily answered questions and showed a great amount of knowledge! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 AWESOME

My husband went due to infected ears, very professional and explained all medication thoroughly, they also sent all documentation for insurance claim. Would recommend

I had a minor injury from the motorbike while we’re in Ubud. We went straight to this clinic to get treated. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The doctor and his assistant treated my wound right away. They even check on me after days of treatment. Great job everyone!

My wife is a GP in the UK. We both fell ill and she found the care to be on par with that of the UK standards. The results came back faster than she’d expect and the medication offered was appropriate. Good quality nursing and doctor staff. Fast and professional assistance

A welcoming and friendly team. Although the Doctor was not on site, he was available by the time we had completed administrative requirements. My wife was well looked after, medication dispensed on-site, and a written insurance summary provided; and we received a follow-up within 48 hours.

Initially went to get my ears unblocked and then a few days later for an ear infection (I turned down antibiotics initially, jokes on me). I found the doctors and nurses very professional, thorough and efficient. Was straight in and out. They also followed up via WhatsApp where I asked lots of questions about flying with an ear infection and was able to pick up additional medicine. Great service

Fantastic and efficient. My tooth filling fell out and I made an appointment with them. The lady dentist was so gentle and nice that my visit to the reflexologist hurt more than her. Spoke great english too. Fantastic and cheap, 400 thousand, the price of a better dinner in Ubud. Recommended!

Fast and good clinic

I went to this clinic a few weeks ago when I was sick with a fever. They put me on a drip with painkillers, electrolytes etc. I felt so much better leaving. All staff were very friendly too

Highly reccomended, I wish my every medical appointment could look like this - the Med team were commited & caring from the beggining to the very end when they handed me separately packaged drugs with dosing description - No need to go to the pharmancy, No need to study the leaflets!

Totally recommended. The professional service is incredible. The recommended treatment is very effective. After that they contacted me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else. A 10!

I didn't know that my wife had an allergy to sunlight, but when I went there, they looked at me very kindly and carefully. The doctors and nurses were really very, very kind. Since they don't speak English, they waited while I translated it and also spoke a little bit in Korean so that it was easy to understand. Maybe there was an accommodation nearby. If you are staying, I highly recommend this hospital as it is open 24 hours :)

Koreans, I recommend this hospital when you suddenly feel sick in Ubud city. I was very sick with a high fever, so I rushed to see the doctor, and the doctor treated each patient with care for almost 20 minutes. The two doctors I saw and the nurses and staff at the front desk are all fluent in English and actively strive to provide attentive care. We also provide medical reports necessary for travel insurance claims, so you can request them via whatsapp or email.
