Large restaurant, great ambiance inside and out, with seating out back with a ravine view. Large selection of dishes, with good portion sizes and reasonably priced. Food was a bit salty for our taste. Prices were reasonable. Nicely decorated with wood carvings, masks, puppets and photographs. Service was prompt and staff friendly and polite. The bathrooms were clean. The wooden bench seats were uncomfortable.

Stopped by after a recommendation by an island local. The property is huge and beautiful. Do not be fooled by the tables in the front area. There is a whole other rear portion with gardens, rice fields, and bamboo bridge over a creek. The food was amazing. Order the beef ribs. Fall off the bone and was just amazing. Would totally come back for the ribs.

I got here for lunch with my family. This is a local Indonesian food, they have Javanese & baliness food. A lot of food wasn't available or finished maybe because long holiday weeks, but we still get a great good food. We had Satay chicken madura with breast meat with good quality of peanut sauce. Ayam Bakar (chicken bbq) bit spicy and just ok, the spice was aborb enough. Bebek Goreng (duck fried) & bebek bakar (duck smoked/ bbq) was juicy meat and tender, the way they cook it good enough for me. The good good part vit C booster drink not too sour and also the mud cake ice cream, basically it's more like lava cake and it's delicious. This place has a big outdoor sitting and the staff friendly too. They gave free food for my driver also which a good things, thanks for the appreciation. Maybe if the food is complete, there's so much more food to offer. Good place too ear, chill & relax... Worth to try..

It's a bit of a walk (you can also take a taxi), but then you get delicious Indonesian food. We had lunch here after reading some reviews on Google maps. This did not disappoint us! They have an extensive menu with various Indonesian starters, main courses and desserts. We were expecting smaller portions and got a lot :). We had vegetarian nasi, gado gado, various vegetables and a soup. It all tasted very good! The service was very friendly, we would definitely go back again!

Best food, service, and prices! We were in Ubud for only three days and had to break our rule of always going to different places on holidays. It was just too good to not come back! Everything we tried was delicious, garden views are stunning, service is above and beyond, and the organic garden is beautiful and huge. I wish we had more time to come back again!

Today we took up the offer of the management for a complimentary lunch following our disappointing buffet lunch last Saturday. The food and service was back to the level we have always experience on our previous visits. We look forward to visiting again in the near future. The offer of the complimentary lunch also shows a well run establishment that values its customers.

This is a beautiful place. Ask for a seat in the garden. The menu has dishes from various Indonesian islands. Everything we ordered was good. I ate coffee tree leaves and chicken sate. My partner had egg noodles with chicken and prawns. The spring rolls were the best we’ve ever had! The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Has some delicious, unusual dishes from other parts of Indonesia you won't see on other menus in Ubud. We tried the boiled coffee leaves and some nice tempe and tofu. Plus good traditional drinks. Came back a second time as we wanted to try more. Great place.

I come here a lot during the pandemic, really enjoy the ambience and the food. Price were really good and I think they increased it a bit now And you can find multiple choices of Indonesian food from different region and yummy fresh also because the plant their own garden so you can taste the good quality ingredients As Indonesian this is a place of comfort food, just need to be careful of lotz of mozzies during early evening bring your spray!

Indonesian and Western Cuisines 😄. You can have vegetarian menu (like tahu telor) or pork ribs. The price range is mostly between 50.000 to 75.000 (around 3-5 USD)per peraon. We have ice tea or orange juice for our drinks. The scenery is beautiful and they have private table for guests who needs privacy. Just beware of mosquitos 😊. They have 2 well maintained toilet for the visitors. Staffs are very quick in responding pur questioning and preparing time for the food are around 10 to 15 minutes. Be Back for Sure.

By far, our favourite culinary experience in Ubud. We tried a lot of the items on the menu, and we will return to try the rest. We were really impressed with the traditional deserts, the pancakes were very good. We will definitely return here. Ps. if you sit outside, you need a mosquito spray.

The restaurant setting was nice, surrounded by gardens and next to a stream. The foods were just so so, a few dishes were good but some not so. We ordered a fresh water fish with chili sauce. This was very good. We had the beef rendang, this is quite bad, the beef is too tough and the rendang sauce is not as fragrance. The barbecue squid was bad. It came to us cold, looks like it's pre-cooked, and left there. The tauhu was OK but not great. We had a fried chicken, and this is way too tough and seems like it's pre-cooked also. Overall, it's just OK meal. V

Beautiful gardens and amazing location beside rice fields and over a small ravine. Huge restaurant with seating out near the road as well as in back by the gardens with ravine view. Excellent selection of dishes, with good portion sizes and reasonably priced. Clean bathrooms. All three dishes and two drinks that we tried were delicious. Would definitely go back! Looks like it may be a wedding venue - if not, it would be perfect for that!

I recommend all the food, we certainly had a good attempt at eating all of it, but possibly ordered too much! It was all delicious!! The wantons were so good, the vegetarian sambal was hot hot hot and super tasty. The chicken skewers were next level. I'm not sure there were any bad options. It's a nice spot too, the road isn't too busy at night and the garden is really lovely.

Highly recommend the ribs and the beef. Also best Jamu in Bali! A must visit restaurant with beautiful garden!

Absolutely delicious food - we came twice during our brief stay in Ubud and I wanted to come a third time but my wife thought it was a little excessive. Lots of variety of foods from different parts of Indonesia, which we really appreciated. Pricing was very reasonable. The views were great from the garden area at the back of the restaurant (make sure to take a stroll through their organic garden before/after your meal). The staff were super friendly. Overall, highly recommend the spot if you are in the area. Hands down our favourite restaurant in all of Bali from our two week trip.

Bloody amazing! The food is unreal and delicious, very spicy so ask for less spice if you can't handle it. Satay chicken skewers are a some of the best I've ever had. TIP. Don't sit our the front, this place has a back dining g area overlooking one of the best gardens I've ever seen. They also grow alot of their own vegetables

shhhh keep this place a secret! it’s great. besides the food being of excellent Javanese quality and an extensive menu, the seating areas are cozy and quality including the incredible area in the back. try to eat down there if you can. prices are good too. if in the area, a must try.

My partner and I ordered several dishes to share. The pork ribs were amazing, the chicken satay, chicken pancake roll and gado gado were great too. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were helpful. One of the best meals we have had in Bali, for a great price too.

We paid both less and quite a lot more than this in the last few days and found food to be unsatisfying or bland or lacking flavour or simply not very nice. This place is fantastic. During our stay in Ubud, we came to this restaurant 4 times. It was one of the best, with many options in the menu, great service and beautiful garden.

I came here with friends and we tried different dishes from the menu. The restaurant is beautiful, with a lot of nature around, traditional decor and an option to go for a walk in the garden where they grow some spices, fruits and veggies. The food looks good but didn't match my expectations. They offer dishes from all around Indonesia and I ordered an iconic dish from the city of Semarang where I used to live. Unfortunately it was far from the authentic taste of tahu gimbal. The tempeh mendoan wasn't good as well, too oily and not flavorful. Prices are over the average, the service is just okay.

Arguably the the top 2 restaurant we have visited in Ubud (other Hujan Locale)...ingredients used were organic and direct from their own farm behind the restaurant. Ordered the iga sapi bakar, ayam goren serundeng and pecel komplet. Wanted to try the urap daun kopi but too bad they're sold out. Restaurant is about 5min bike ride away from Ubud centre. Very #foodgasm

Simply excellent - Authentic Indonesian cuisine accompanied by great service and then a beautifully kept organic garden to explore. My favourite Indonesian eatery in Bali hands down. Also, the menu is easy to understand with pictures accompanying the dish names.
