Great location and nice rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The owner seemed surprised when we arrived and was kinda dismissive and rude to us even though we had booked in advance. After that he was nice, however it seemed a little insincere. Breakfast was very average. Overall the stay was enjoyable but considering the price and other options available nearby I personally wouldn't choose to stay again.

Very average. Not very clean, rooms are spacious but quite old and the sheets / towels too. The shower condition was way below average - dark, dirty, broken sink. The staff is really lovely and supportive. However, for this price range the expectation would be much higher.

We had a great stay here. Staff were friendly with delicious breakfast. Rooms surround a small beautiful garden with a gazebo and koi pond. Great location, the main streets and attractions are just one or two streets away.

Staff was amazing. This was a great guest house. Rooms was big and clean. They bought us breakfast every morning to our porch, which was included in the price. Cant fault this hotel. But no safe and tv! Would recommend as locatiin was great.

Very nice place to stay in ubud, it has a beautiful garden, quiet, good breakfast and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, bathroom can be a little bit more clean.. prices are very ok for ubud center. We enjoyed the stay.

I stayed here 10 days and recommend You to do same because rooms are large and service is good. You can make different breakfast choices and tourist attractions are available on your first request. Just talk about it at reception.

Very nice homestay with comfortable rooms. Bathroom ist extremly huge. Good breakfast and pretty central in Ubud. Price is more in the upper level for homestays but you get value accordingly for the money.

To be honest I was surprised by the quality of that place in ubud, it's clean, the room it's big, it's near to everything, the staff there are very friendly and can help you at any time, they clean the rooms everyday day, you have mini fridge in the room, they are some ants next to door but it's normal it's ubud and there is a garde in front of the door, it's quite palce regarding to the location in heart of ubud, the breakfast it's just amazing i really encourage to get the breakfast included package it's totally worth it 🤩, it's really hard to find place like that in ubud with that price it's better than some 4 stars hotels, I stayed for 7days and for sure I'm gonna back next time 🤩

If you need privacy, it is not a place for you, as only window and entrance is facing common walkways. Apart from that everything is perfect, location, rooms, WiFi, it is very peaceful here and breakfast is good

One of a great stay in Bali. Staff were very kind and informative. They also prove rental bike. Very near to ubud market and money forest. They upload oru stay to suite Room on free of cost due to the in availability of standard room. Very recommend stay in Ubud.

We did a late check in and there was someone late night waiting for us. The bathroom was huge and the shower great. They served our breakfast in our balcony. Good value for money. Location: excellent.

Pros: Location: 5-10 mins walk to the bustling centre but far enough if you want some quiet time The staff: always willing to go an extra mile to make your stay awesome. In particular the owner who always ensured you were serviced with an umbrella if it rained or information etc The breakfast: as someone else mentioned, the banana pancakes were delicious 🤤 Cons: Steps to the accommodation: this is perfectly fine if you have light luggage or a backpack, but if you have heavy luggage you have approx 6-10 steps to overcome before you reach the inside. It's not challenging for someone who is fit and able but for someone who has mobility issues, this may not be the best. Overall though, a wonderful experience
