Dont even read the comments, i read them & decided to have lunch here and i regretted it. its too expensive and you have to buy curry separately. the quantity is very less and the food taste is average. you are hungry and want to eat anything then go here else find another one.

Good experience and really tasty fresh food. Service was a little inconsistent in areas but cannot fault the food at all. The pineapple raita was a great accompaniment to the spicy curry!

We ordered Lamp Kadi, and it was not hot at all.... it was somewhat cold. The place was busy and took a while to get service. We ordered Queens plate, but they didn't have Romali Roti. Also, they didn't have Masala tea. No Masada tea in Indian restaurants....??? Watch out as you enter a few stepping stones are missing.....

Food is awesome. Portion is also good. Not expensive but not cheap either. They charge you 37000 rupiah for 300ML Water that is not good. Rest all were perfect.

My husband and I were excited to try Indian food in Bali (we love Indian food!). This place had the best reviews, so we chose it. First thing to note — the menu says it’s a chain restaurant (didn’t know that ahead of time). My husband and I have eaten a lot of Indian food — all across the world. This place was by FAR the worst place we’ve ever eaten Indian food before. We ordered five items, and four of the five were the worst version of that dish we’ve ever tried — worst chicken korma, worst basmati rice, worst naan bread and worst samosa. Aside from the food being bad, the staff also rolled four giant and DIRTY gas tanks across the restaurant right in front of our table as we were eating. That seemed rude and gross. They charge 8% service charge and 10% tax. Our total bill was 451,000. Final say: SKIP!

Indian Restaurant at ubud Bali Veg Indian food at ubud was gift for us. Great taste, authentic indian food. They serve complementary papad and it is typical north indian taste. We had tomoto soup, bhindi masala butter garlic naan and rumali roti, all were good you can see attached snap. Ambience is good, dhaba style seating arrangment at the corner side feels great. Helping and well behaved staff, manager is indian but try to avoid speaking with guest god knows why.

ust back from having a very good meal here. Huge portions for starters. Only gripe is why only tomato sauce dip with them. Strange but still very nice. My husband had a korma and I had chicken curry, both delicious and plentiful. Service was excellent too. Lucky we arrived before it was too busy so didn't need to wait for a table. Very enjoyable experience.

The delivery was on time. I would like to appreciate the efforts of the delivery boy he came only for me. 5/5 stars from me to him. Well done & Goodjob. He was friendly and polite.

This place should not say Open for all. They only take reservations via agents. And only after 9:30pm, in case any agent cancels, they will allow you entry if there is a table available. They should clearly call this out upfront. Tried visiting this place multiple times but ended up disappointed.

This place is a bit overpriced, if u are a visitor, go have some local food for much cheaper price. Also wait time for food is terrible like indian restaurants 😆. I don't prefer this cost wise at all nor the service. Although atmosphere is good and well ventilated with some decent furniture around.

Please don’t visit this place. You will get so many better places in this area. 1. We ordered paneer franky and a hair came out of the bread. 2. Our neighbour table ordered paneer butter masala they got some chicken pieces mixed in that. Taste of food was also very very average. Biryani tasted like…I don’t know what. Not recommended

One of the best Indian cuisine restaurants in Bali. There have 4 restaurant in Bali. We tried the food at Ubed. The best was hara hara kabab, jeera rice, bhel Puri, butter roti with kuju masala. Wow it was awesomly take away. If you are in ubed area, after visiting saraswati temple, water pslace, king Palace before or after heading out for shopping, have a small break here. It is found just opposite to king Palace and next to performance theatre.

Heard a lot about it and wanted to try it but as they say first impressions the best one , it’s better to call them before to see if they everything on the menu cos I ended up there with 6 of my friends , sat through 15 mins reading the menu waiting for the order to be taken and only to be told half of the things we wanted are not available. Would be great if we knew before sitting down cos we’d have left straight. Spoke to the manager about it and he was really unapologetic basically saying “yep we know if you want to stay, you can else you can leave “. Super rude and unprofessional. Not going back there again

We ordered a big box of chicken and lamb biriyani, but the portion was very, very, less even for a big box. The biriyani was dripping with tons of oil, and the bottom of the box was flooded with oil on all 4 boxes that was ordered. Also, we ordered steamed rice where the portion was very small. All the food ordered was super spicy (uncooked raw chilly powder), and we ended up throwing it in the bin.Just for reference, we are South Indians and we eat a lot of spice. It was way too spicy and soaked with oil. The only positive was that the flavour was good but way too oily, too spicy and very very less portion even on a big box. The service was the worst, they have a don't care attitude and rude. Never coming back here.

Very disappointed with this chain of restaurant. We had ordered Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer, Naan, Roomali Roti, Mango Lassi; None of the items were close to the authentic Indian cuisines that we actually get. The taste was below par and we would not recommend to go through here, for authentic Indian food.

Taste and service was good... Hara bhara kabab was too good. Main course also nice in taste. I preferred these Indian restaurant again and they hai 4 branch in bali. It's little expensive but tasty.

When we entered resturant , they offered table besides stinking washroom. Then we requested to change...we were standing until food arrived as none of staff cleaned table. We ordered masala pulao they served white rice with veggies.. When requested them to add masala, they just added green chilli paste and made it spicy which was not even eatable 1 spoon. Despite ordering lite taste, not even medium spices, they added up this much chillies.. We left dish as it is and paid full. No one is interested in knowing issues with guests. Not worth going untill you want to waste money

Indian food in Bail it's a only place where you get Indian food and task is good. Must go and enjoy your dinner.

Bad things: Over priced, too little portion. Only one bhatura. Too few pav. Services are delayed. After a meal you still feel empty. Good things: good taste.

It was our first day in Bali and we were soo hungry. Hotel shuttle dropped us in the center of Ubud. The first thing we saw was INDIAN CUISINE WRITTEN and without any second thought we sat here and place the order. Food was very delicious and we ate all the things we had ordered 😂. Ambiance was normal but the quality of the food was superior. Things we ordered: - Hari Bari Boti - Chicken Butter Masala - Chicken Biryani

PLEASE don't risk going to this place....i think most positive reviews are fake, because the food was nowhere close to even 3* 1. Chutney was literally frozen 2. Cucumber raita was just cold yoghurt and chef forgot to add cucumber, then they took back to add and still forgot to add salt 3. Daal tadka was cold, and with 0 salt. They took it back and just added chilli, reheat and serve it again 4. Very oily dosa 5. Rice quality was very cheap Way better Indian restaurant options around, better to opt those.

Food was good, don’t have much negative to say there! Wife had an onion and garlic free diet and they were able to cater to that diet. However, the service was terrible! Seems they only had one person waiting the entire restaurant and to get her attention was hard! You had to always be watching her instead of enjoying your food to make sure you get her attention when you needed her. We asked for our bill twice, after the first time didn’t work (waited 15min before asking again)

Obnoxious staff with little care for the customers I went there twice. The first time in the evening - small portions, and took way too much time. The Manchurian was very oily and didn’t taste very good. This is still okay but to go to a familiar place, I went there again the the next day. It was a HOT afternoon and I was tired after traveling through Bali. I respectfully asked for a seat near the fan as it was really hot outside. As all the booths were filled, 2 of us took seats on a bigger table. The lady manager asked us to move as it was “meant for 6 people”. She gave us a table near the TOILET. When I asked for a better place, she said you could SIT outside. Rather than caring for people in the restaurant she would rather be greedy for people that might come in.

It’s my 2nd trip to Bali and I dined with queens of India. This time decor was different and really attractive. Dishes were too yummy specially Kadhai paneer and kofta. A must visit place in Bali with best Indian taste.

While roaming around Ubud market saw this Indian restaurant next to the Ubud palace. The restaurant is pretty huge with s lot of seating area and the ambience is also good. We ordered Paneer Kadai, which was good in taste and prepared well. Phulka was made like we have it at home. They gave papad as complimentary starter too. The service is good and the staff is also friendly. The pricing is bit on a higher side with 15% extra taxes making it a bit heavy on pocket. But the quality of food is great and a must try restaurant if you are in Ubud.

usually post when I experience bad food and service or exceptional outstanding quality. This restaurant is a must go for fine dining in Bali . Price is very reasonable especially when it’s fine dining. Every dish of the seafood course was delightful and the soup had great flavour capturing all the essence. The head chef greets you after for feedback and found out his cooking experience was with many top chef and Michelin restaurants!!
