The worst fries I have had at a McDonald's, ever... In nearly 40 years of going to McDonald's in more countries around the world than I can remember. They were over cooked to the point of being powdery when bitten. I messaged McDonald's Belgium and got no response after more than 24 hours. They don't care. Go anywhere else.

Food arrives quickly, the place looks clean. However there is a souless atmosphere (I am afraid it's like that in all macdos): loud souless music, plenty of people squatting the tables with no order (especially tables next to the window), people watching their cellphones at loud volume. I won't bring my kids there, as I feel we won't have a nice moment.

The patties, whether beef or chicken, were adequately cooked but lacked that extra juiciness and tenderness that can elevate a burger experience. Moreover, the overall taste was somewhat generic and lacked depth. While the sandwiches were not bad by any means, they failed to stand out in terms of flavor or quality. It felt like a standard fast-food experience, without any exceptional elements that would make me eagerly return for more. It's worth noting that the portion sizes were satisfying, and the prices at McDonald's are generally affordable. If you're looking for a quick and convenient meal option, McDonald's can certainly fulfill that need. In conclusion, my experience with McDonald's and the four sandwiches I tried led me to an overall average rating. The quality of the sandwiches was decent, but nothing remarkable. While the service and convenience are commendable, if you're seeking a truly exceptional fast-food experience, you may want to explore other options.

closes at 00:00 but they kicked us out at 23:00. also burger king in auderghem is better. the service was fast

I stopped there for a quick burger on Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. However, the food presentation felt rushed and lacked flavor. There was an excess of lettuce in my burger; when I opened the box, it all fell out. The French fries were unsalted. Overall, the experience reminded me of a rundown McDonald's in the U.S.

Horrible service. My ice cream melted while I was waiting to get it(and my whole order). 4 different workers couldn't manage 1 order, but they had time to gossip. Took 2 stars from food bc ice cream was melt and food barely hot

Had to move away from my table with my toddler sleeping, because employees decided to have a meeting there. Asking if it‘s ok would be better or at least say thank you when I leave. It is not a 5-star hotel of course, but still…

Service and food quality are high during slow times however the quality decreases during high ocupancy and items are often forgotten

In the Philippines: Love ko 'to! Love the renovation. Eating here is more enjoyable now.
