One of the best hotel in Udaipur. Very humble and helpful staff. Rooms are very big and neat and comfortable. Food is also very tasty. Overall a very good experience of staying in this hotel.

Loved the rooms and the place, it really lives up to the heritage tag and the property is very well maintained. The hotel looks like a palace.The rooms are big but beciase of the decoration feels closed. The passage in the rooms are very small and can easily hit your head if you are tall.the parking is outside and open.The bathrooms are maintained good but need renovation as it looks dull now.Even the interiors/Hall of the hotel because of less lighting feels very dull.This was my first time with OYO and one thing was that the maintenance of the hotel was good. But service needs to be improved.The plug points are few and some of them even give shock #Dangerous . Well the hotel is good but needs improvement in few departments. Overall the Experience was nothing special.

The circumstances leading to our stay here were trying and the accommodating and caring attitude of the staff who received our very frazzled and dusty selves was amazing. Because we were without a hotel and were distressed, the lovely gentleman on duty gave us a discount on our first night and gave us our choice of rooms. We went with a room at the back with an outdoor entrance, almost like a villa rather than a standard hotel room. Our stay was quiet and for the price, the hotel was comfortable. There were a few quirks, however. The hot water in our room ran for about 5 minutes before becoming ice cold, regardless of how long we left it to heat up. Breakfast was a bit paltry, and I spotted a mouse while eating, but we did end up having a sufficient meal regardless of limited choices and rodent accompaniment. Overall a comfortable, family friendly, and reasonably well located budget option.

Good rooms but the washrooms are pathetic with zero maintenance. The management doesn't care about upgrading equipments. Bedsheets are torned. The water heater and wash fitting are very very old. I will not suggest spending your vacation and money in this hotel.

The architecture of the hotel is very good and the rooms are spacious, The lobby is also very nice. The variety of food and its taste is good, the hospitality is good but the service is a little bit delayed. The roof top view is beautiful to have dinner and you can have a good stay here.

I have visited hotel jaissinghgarh with my family and had taken a suite. Check-in was smooth though there were no welcome drinks but a smile will always do wonders. Room was clean and spacious. They have provided all the toiletries and drinking water. View of the front garden and swimming pool from the room was good. Food is a bit costly if you want to order from the hotel menu. We had some food it was good and their breakfast was amazing it had lots of options and you can do it on an open roof area which is a plus. Room service and cleaning was very good. Overall me & my family enjoyed our stay a lot. It was a really good experience whenever I am going to visit Udaipur, I will stay at hotel jaissinghgarh.

I love this hotel and its hospitality. They all are very helpful and friendly. We booked three rooms and checked on 27/05/2023. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on rooftop. All Food is very delicious😋 loved it.😘 My experience with this hotel is 100 out of 100.

It was lovely staying @ Sterling Udaipur, good property n food. Staff was polite n very cooperative but some improvement needed in House keeping.

Worst Hospitality. They wasted 1 full day of our 3 day stay because their electricity was not working in room alloted to us but did not have hospitality to allow 2 hours late check out. They charge hefty but provide outdated amenities. Lift stopped working now and then. Intercom was not functioning.

The staff is so kind and humble evrytime, At no point we have heard “sorry mam this is not possible “ they had solutions to evrything and evry demand, the staff in the restaurant is equally kind too It’s rare to have a team of like minded people Hotel Jaisingharh has that !! stayed here for a week and it is a “must stay” place whenever in udaipur.

I was here for 2-3 days and had a very peaceful stay. Not only the staff are polite but also helpful. Rooms are spacious and maintained very well. Food here is top notch and every dish is delicious. Overall my experience here was amazing.

The service was good, everything was available just at a call. It was too cold so they provided toom heater as soon as we called then. Only thing to improve is the breakfast Manu and quality. We didn't like it much. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable with spacious rooms and good staff.

Its a beautiful place to stay with the family. The garden is well maintained. And staffs are really helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. Each room has a theme which is very impressive. There is spa as well, along with this there is also live music in the night in the roof top restaurant. The food they serve is delicious

Heritage look. Cool property very vintage and old place. The restaurant was average, would prefer take-out food. The locality is good you can find cafes near it. The pool area is pretty. The rooms are average, old beds with a big living space.

The hotel is really well maintained and peaceful. All the members including the kitchen staff, house keeping and reception are very welcoming and polite. Food is awesome as well.

We have had multiple meals in their restaurant during a work visit. The food was great and the staff was very good at service. They have both indoor & outdoor seating areas with good seating arrangements.

I planned an event here, the staff is really courteous and welcoming. They helped me plan and went beyond to get some last minute arrangements for me. The room was really beautiful and clean. I highly recommend visiting and staying at this property.

Nice hotel and decent facilities. Newly renovated hotel so looks pretty good. However could not use a lot of facilities of this hotel as I came for a wedding and just came to sleep n have breakfast.

Room quality and size was ok. Food was satisfactory But it has some restrictions like smoking etc and never mentioned in any site. Besides this, owner are also living in this hotel considering name private room. Swimming pool is very small. Just for marketing, very tough to use it. Not found good for comfortable. This place is beautiful and cozy in its own way.. has elements and themes of rooms connected to our history and has a beautiful rooftop with a clear view and ghazal nights during dinner which is the most amazing thing ive experienced in udaipur this time! Its close to most tourist places and the staff is extremely helpful and cooperative. Lovedd the environment. The rooms are super pretty and spacious, with a small changing room just outside the bathroom. And it has a small swimming pool! I think its yet to be updated in the website but they have it!
