Owner replied to our review that we made room dirty by spitting But none of person is having habit of tobacco, and thir was no spitting signs available when we were staying wall was clean clear Some other guest also faced dormitory hall issue. Owner should write clear that it's a hall , there is big wide difference between hall and room, mention it that hall is for only single persons. Not for for family. They were not having sufficient towel blanket pillow for guestdue to rush. Vleanliy is ok but not to the mark No soap for bath was provided by them ,we call on landline for blanket pillow and also informed for it verbally at reception but they said ok will provide on next day same thing happen , they told ok will send it ,again we went for it but said we don't have enough stock. One sweeper attitude bwas ok but other one was harsh. There is automobile engine service centre next to itwhoch gives foul smell. Communication language was better then review which was written by others . Room provided was beside common toilet If hotel is maintained well versed then it will be helpful to them.

Staying here was a bad idea, cause of low price i booked this hotel. And they extra charge me 250 cause I have reached early around 4.00 am, our check in was at 11.00am, the staff was not polite to us they charging us extra to give the rooms early. Rooms were not clean properly, toilets were dirty, when i opened the table drawers I found used condom packet inside the drawer. Please don’t stay here cause low prices, instead book another hotel.

You might think to stay here due to low price, but this would be a very bad idea. I stayed there for 21 days and it was a very bad experience, the washrooms was not properly cleaned, sockets in rooms were not working and some were detached from the switch board. They didn't give any service, I had to go daily out of room to fill my own water bottle. Also rooms are too small to walk. I would have given 0 star if that was an option. No clean rooms. Bed, blanket and pillow are dirty smell. Daily room service is not good.

Wish if i could get an option to rate 0, i would have go with that. Rooms were dirty, stickiness in blankets and bedsheets, washrooms were not so hygienic, rooms and all over places were smelling. Staff was not at all cooperative. The person available in the reception is very supercilious. No proper management. If you have seen images of rooms which is being uploaded and praising it then don't get trapped with those images. It's totally fake! Not recommended at all!

Pros 1.Only good thing about this place is that it is located 2mins walking distance to Udiapore circle where intercity buses arrive. 2. Prices Cons 1. Rooms not maintained well. 2. Washroom not in good shape. Broken, not clean etc 3. Cleanliness level at lowest. Not sure if they have cleaned the ceiling, corners 4. No hot water.

First of all If I talked about the rooms they all were not good not that bad . But don't think and go just looking at the photos that they have uploaded in their website 😂 it's just fake . And if I talked about the service there is one man in the reception area ..he is very arrogant.. service is not cooperative at all . So must take another hotel in the city side

Owner was so good and place was also well maintained. But the best part is location just 2km from lake pichhola, city palace,etc

Horrible rooms and service. Most of charging plugs were not working. One of them was hanging by the wire. The rooms were dirty and no matter how many times we called the room service for any service, they never delivered. There was water leakage from the ceiling in our first room and we had to sleep in the hall because of that. We checked out earlier than the days we had booked for and instead of giving us a proper refund they just kept making excuses. The manager was very rude.

my entire experience was bad Took more money than the price told to me earlier. Room was very dirty, cleaning was not proper. The behavior of the staff was very rude I was not allowed to check in early even though the room was available.

I called on the mentioned no. of hotel to check if room is available. They said that the room is available and the charge is 300. I booked the same room online at 280. First they provided me the room on the first floor and then said that the room is different that I'd booked and then they provided me with the room on the second floor. The room is small. The room is not properly clean and the bed and blanket smells a lot. Toilets are also not cleaned properly. The room that is provided to me does not have any TV. Also this hotel doesn't have proper bike parking space with security. For my family, I don't recommend this hotel. For one who has a tight budget, can think of this hotel for stay.

The rooms are clean, yet some improvements in room service are expected. The facility of hot water needs to be incorporated in the room service and is essential for hotel management industry.

Very poor place. As soon as we entered the hotel there was strong whiff of cigarette smell in the room. The rooms are smelly., unclean, no electronic way to reach reception, phones in the rooms are not working. the room is with TV but yes you guessed it right, they are not functional due to faulty TVs and remote. Post complaining and requesting to change the room as i could see many others vacant, the hotel staff mentioned all rooms are sold out. Moreover we had booked room with breakfast, lunch and dinner but no intimation or timings were mentioned for any of these. Overall save yourself the harassment and choose some other hotel.
