Overall good experience. If you are looking for a low budget hotel then go for it. It's well connected and within the city. They have limited menu items for food and also its average. Budget wise this hotel is food and well connected to city. There is a car parking as well, so no hassel to park your vehicle. AC wasn't giving enough cooling, bed was clean though. They'll give you lounge seating set in your room if needed. Staff is gentle. Rooms were sanitised. Room service was good but sometimes delayed, and the restaurant food was okayish. Free breakfast was not provided. Not many options to go for.

Hotel is on 1st floor .There is narrow passage on ground floor to reach the reception. 2. very bad smell at the entrance of Hotel. 3. No reserved Parking. Parking on road at your own risk.

Very nice hotel 👍very nice rooms...located at the centre of the city...very cooperative nice staff...if you want extra coffee or tea sachet,ask for it and they will give...if you ask for extra water 🥤they will give you....food is very expensive of Cosmo,their hotel so pls don't eat there, instead eat in natraj dining hall n.r. railway station r.d. 🛣️ jharokha is very nice...and deluxe room is also very nice...

It was very good stay over here and the property is very good nice, restaurant by the name of Cosmo is a great choice for food . Staff is well mannered . Mr. Chandrakant gave us very good advice abt the roaming. Also the breakfast was hosted well by Mr. Sharad. Every staff member was very good in guest handling. So I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh I forgot Chef Rajkumar was also attending guest and checking ant his delicious recipes. Taste was awesome. Awesome experience.. Very neat and clean rooms Front office Mr. Prahalad and Mr. Manohar both are helpful and polite. Services are very good ..All staff have smiles while serving.. We stayed for four days and extended for one more day.. Front office mangers helped us and made it ease for us. Support staff treat you like home stay.. we will visit you again.

Situated near the market, yet away from the noise and commotion. There is a good restaurant Cosmo with open roof, sweet ambience and very reasonable prices. Rooms are neat and spacious, drinking water is free, polite and helpful staff.

My stay at this was nothing short of delightful. The cozy ambiance, combined with attentive staff, made for a relaxing experience. The room was clean, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I would gladly return for another visit.

Our experience of staying in Hotel Castle inn was Excellent. Food was also good. Staff was also very supportive specially Mr Anand Singh and Mr Chandrakant.

We got very small room. AC was supercool. Bathroom was big Restaurant was overcrowded with cheap peoples drinking and smoking, so its not a family restaurant. They charged more than the price written in the menu. On complaint the manager told that i have joined recently and i will refund you online. But till date no refund is received

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff were also very helpful. They have a rooftop restaurant with tasty food. Just that restaurant staff needs to be little quick and attentive and it would have been time saving if breakfast was served in buffet instead of ala-carte. A good option for a stay.

Wonderful experience. We did not booked prior. Just walked in . Luckily rooms were available. Wonderful staff, be it Mr Anand in reception or Naresh for room service. They respond to service immediately. Located in very nice locality, everything is within 4-5 km distance.

I stayed at this hotel around christmas this year for 5 days. It is a great hotel which is centrally located in near all touristy attractions. The roof top restaurant is a fantastic addition. I would stay at this place just for the restaurant. I ate there everyday and views from the top in the night are amazing. The hotel staff was super nice and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and I loved my stay there. I forgot the name of manager but he was extremely helpful in booking day trips to nearby forts and temples. I would highly recommend this hotel for the service they are providing.

The hotel is really great, the location is really good all tourist locations are nearby. The service provided by the employees are top notch. I love the hospitality provide by the hotel staff, they are really so cooperative and very professional and polite. 10 out 10 for cleanness, hospitality and service. Specially Mr. Chandrakant Peranje, he is very cooperative and nice staff person. Other staff is also very polite and nice. Mr. pralhad is also very nice and professional.

I really liked the hotel and the location. It is 2.5 km from Udiapole which is the main bus stop. All the major attractions were in 5km radius from here. Rooms were clean, big and the hotel staff is very supportive. There is a roof top Restaurant called 'Cosmo' which has a bar in middle and nice seating arrangement.

Rooms were clean, hygienic and spacious. Washrooms were kept very clean and neat. Room service was very good and staff was very polite and informative. Special thanks to Mr. Chandrakanta who is a maharashtrian has very good PR. Location is very good too. Overall we enjoyed our stay comfortably.

Best hotel so far.. the food and ambience is really good.. the owner and management was really kind and humble and professional.. the service was on point. There is a beautiful lounge on te rooftop with great food and view. Must visit..5 stars.

It was a very pleasant experience with the hotel. It’s having perfect location, ambiance, service, food, roof top restaurant and very good staff. We reached 6 am early in the morning and Nirmal from the staff team is available for us and had take care all the things till check in. We stayed at a super deluxe room with jharokha and it’s beautiful. It’s best According to price and the service,Thank you.

Flush was not working properly in the toilets and the bathroom were very small. Food was below average and the hygiene standards were poor. The guy who was washing toilet was seen delivering food in one of the rooms. The door of the common toilet which was directly opposite our room was kept open all the time despite our several requests to keep it closed. Location was also not good as it is far from most of the tourist places in Udaipur.

Perfect hotel to stay with family & friends in good price. Also staff was well behaved. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
