Very nice location just before Udaipur on Ahmedabad road. Expansion is going on and I wonder why the authorities have not considered privacy of rooms. You can not keep windows curtain open even for short while as windows has plain glass (Tinted or glass with dark shaded covers highly recommend). Windows are facing varhanda or walls or other rooms. Not comfortable situation. Good service and staff is cooperative. Good initiative by CM by serving milk to infants and kids whenever they require. Overall experience is good. Have not availed restaurant services or room service hence unable to comment on this point.

I was told to not leave the property at night. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Her closest friends pay her surprise visit after a very long time. I had booked a studio room for her two female friends. As a co applicant I was forced to stay at the resort or else I was asked to pay 4000 rupees. When I asked for another room they denied me too I had to talk to customer service for an hour until I was allotted another room. They could have simply done it. I believe they were humiliting me for my confrontation. Would never recommend anybody to this horrible place. There are lots of resorts out there go for them.

Currently to visit Udaipur on July 19 2022 just checked in Club Mahindra Udaipur. Club Mahindra Udaipur is located at Green scenic beauty location.It gives the unique experience of just sitting in the lap of the nature. Let me take you all around Beautiful Club Mahindra Udaipur. It has got luxurious rooms, swimming pools for adults & kids seperately, in the evening their is puppets show for kids. Delicious food cuisines Restaurant. Enjoyed stay with the family in the lap of nature. Staff is also courteous. It's a worth & must visit place.

House keeping is worst. Have to call 10 times to get one single thing done. Electricity Power keeps on cutting all the time. We were here for 5 night and 6 days just to Enjoy the room with a good view, we were not allotted a room even for a single day, inspite of requesting frequently. They need lot of improvement in terms of management. Had a horrible experience with club Mahindra..!

Great location....great ambience.... good property of club Mahindra.... good part is accomodation part, Rooms are spacious...clean and well maintained...bad part is Restaurant,staff is not cooperative and arrogant too.... restaurant service is two star only

It's not a huge property. However it's a very well maintained. Rooms are spacious. The housekeeping and the room service staff were kind and smiling. The restaurant is quite sad to be honest. The manager and the servers were very dull. No good feeling came from dining in the restaurant. Instead you may go out to local and famous restaurants. I think the busiest place in this resort is the pool.

Amazing rooms. Cleanliness and maintenance of the resort is top notch, it provides you a luxurious stay. You can spend the weekend in the resort itself it offers various activities to keep the visitors indulged

Well the place is located quite away from the main market hence 3 stars.. esp when we visited 2 days ago there was a bridge construction happening so travelling was hectic and there is no ola uber service as well. Otherwise the resort is good, rooms are decent, service is good. Since it was a birthday celebration for us, the chef sent a complimentary cake which was very sweet.

Being away from downtown, this property provides you lot of peace. We enjoyed the stay as the management has taken enough efforts to grow fragrant plants within their premises, that made our evenings pleasant

These guys advertise themselves as a 5 star resort but it’s truly a 3 star hotel. We had two rooms and both of the bathrooms stank like a roadside bathroom. The service was not up to par with a 5 star resort, we got asked for tips from at least 4 different workers for doing their job, all of which took several times longer than they should have. Decent hotel, but not worth your nights on your membership.

Amazing resort and nothing short of Club Mahindra standards. The resort is slightly away from the main center but the huge garden, pools and the rooms make it a splendid place to stay. The breakfast menu is by far the best I have seen.

Resort is beautiful and very neat and clean. Had booked 2 Rooms. Both were very spacious and well maintained. Up to the mark. Evening events are entertaining. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Food is tasty. A bit on the expensive side. Only drawback is that it is a bit far from main city. You have to completely rely on cabs/Taxis for travel if you do not have your own conveyance. Food delivery apps do deliver.

Good resort. Not a 5 star but definitely a solid 3.5 star. Hospitality is really good. Resort exterior is too really good. Just the rooms Seem little old but thats to be expected as the resort itself is old.

Rooms are spacious but have no view. Also, right on the highway. It takes about 30 mins to reach the city center and lakes. Service was not up to the mark. Was there 3 nights and had complains all 3 nights with the housekeeping.. would recommend it only if you have your own vehicle.

The resort is very good with a lot of activities. The swimming pool is clean and it also has a pool table. The only issue is that it is a little far and cabs charge extra to reach there. It is considered normal here if they charge more that what is shown in ola.

For those contemplating weather to book hotel unit or studio please book studio rooms as hotel units are worthless with very dim lights. Agreed the bathroom is clean and neat but apart from that the room is a total disappointment old light fittings dim lights and useless sofa . The front office is completely hopeless don't bother to make any request it will not be attended to. The club house again is a disaster with the gym under maintenance and no soft play area for kids. The only saving grace however is the high standard of food awesome spread and great service by the restaurant. Please carry your own mineral water charges at the property is 100/- + tax and the nearest shop is 500 metres away

It is outside the city. Rooms are decent but service is so bad that it is hard to enjoy much. Breakfast ordered everyday was cold and stale. The staff wasn’t cooperative and very passive aggressive with their responses. Anything ordered or asked for, be it water or towels, took forever to come. We had to call multiple times for one thing. The checkout was tedious and they made us wait 30 minutes without informing us that they were done and we could leave. The lady at the reception was making faces and it was an overall bad experience. Worst experience with service at any club Mahindra till date

Rooms are spacious and maintained well.We ordered Ala carte and food was good on day one but it was average on the second day. Only disadvantage about this resort is location. It is located on highway and going to Udaipur City is little challenging and expensive if you use cab.

Great Mahindra resort located just outside Udaipur. The hotel is very good and comfortable. Restaurants and food are good as well. My only regret is the location, considering Udaipur the location doesn't match the other hotels.

Liked the layout and room sizes. Restaurant serves great food backed by excellent service. Maintenance of common areas needs attention as lot of dust comes in from the ongoing flyover construction on highway.

All good, however not so great view from the room. Restaurant service and food taste could be better. Room is good but issues with hot water in the bathrooms.. probably geyser are not that good or issues with it. Overall stay was pleasurable.

Rooms and Accommodation: the rooms are outdated with several things not working. The towel hanger in the room was broken and the restroom consistently smelled bad. Not all lights in the room worked. In addition, the hotel provides 1 key per room, which is somewhat illogical. So either all people can step out or no one can. Housekeeping: the housekeeping staff is courteous and responsive. However the housekeeping instructions to the staff are illogical. They only provide 2 big towels and 1 hand towel unless requested. Most 5-stars will provide at least 2 hand towels and 2 face towels. Food and Beverages: the buffet options for the price are good value for money. But the service was not efficient. Things consistently ran out and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to replenish.

Attended cousins wedding. Good resort near udaipur. The staff is cordial and it is very spacious. As situated on highway so it is cold generally due to open space...

We are still staying in Club Mahindra Udaipur. But I couldn't help myself writing this review. We are loving the stay in Club Mahindra Udaipur. Staff and the place is so amazing n cozy. I want to specially mention Manjeet, F&B supervisor. He has made our stay superb and pleasant. He went out of his way to help get medicines for our kid in need. We really appreciate such people who make our stay memorable and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is one of the worst managed properties of Club Mahindra probably. We'd booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and had to change two of them on each day as the ACs stopped working. Terribly managed with almost 100% occupancy. Even the restaurant didn't have proper systems and AC wasn't working in one of the sections. Food is expensive but good and probably the only saving grace. The evening activity is a boring puppet show usually. It's located next to NH 48 and you would hear trucks honking throughout the night. Even the housekeeping is poor with unclean bathrooms and swimming pool. Bad experience and this place needs a serious upgrade.

Our stay was pleasant at the hotel. All hotel services were prompt and satisfying. The stay was made special by Ritumoni and Vikas at the restaurant. They made sure the quality and choice of food was appropriate and all special demands of our 1 yr old kid were entertained. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help.

Room was excellent. We stayed in Studio room which had enough space for 2 Adults and 2 kids. Microwave, Cutlery etc. was provided. Swimming pool is there but water was not clear, though it wasn't bad. Kids play room is there and well maintained. They provide pool table, VR games also on chargeable basis. Food is too costly but you can always order from Swiggy and Zomato. Staff is nice, and experienced. Overall a nice stay.

Service was good. All the staff was attentive and friendly. Hardly any option for non veg and South Indian food doesn't taste good. Rooms could be improved. Location and accessibility - 1/5 : It's quite far away from any tourist spots

One of the best places to stay in Udaipur, games and activities are also there! Food is also excellent.

Fantastic hospitality. Good ambience. Not far from Udaipur main city.

The hospitality is great. There will be events conducted in the evening concerning the Rajasthani art like puppet show, folk dance etc. Food is pretty good. Room service is a bit delayed. But hygiene is well maintained The travel desk is helpful for sightseeing in and around Udaipur. There are small bike tours available, for an hour or two, where one can tour a nearby village, hills and have fun. The infrastructure and facilities are very nice👍👍

No activities other than puppet show. Resort is small and they don't allow members to watch evening programs if u don't take the package. That was literally heartening. They should improve their facilities.
