Good food and clean rooms . Rajasthan is known for its rich heritage, culture and hospitality towards the guests and Mr. Virendra, Mr. Jay , Mr. Nitesh and one more person at reception who was there at late night (sorry I didn't ask his name) are a perfect example of hospitality towards their clients. I would like to mention this incident during my stay at this hotel: We had checked out of the hotel on 31st December 2021 morning and kept our luggage with the hotel itself and requested them to let us wait in the reception after our tour from 8 PM till midnight as we had to board the bus at 12:10 AM. They graciously agreed without even thinking about it. As planned, we waited in the reception from 8 PM till about 9:30 PM and then suddenly they came towards me and asked me if we would like to take rest in one of the rooms which got vacated in front of us . They didn't charge us for those 2 hours for using the room with all facilities and even apologized that they couldn't provide us the room earlier while we were waiting at the reception until 9:30 PM as there was no vacant room. They also told us that they will drop us to the bus station at mignight if we didn't have any arrangements . We are very much obliged with this gesture which is very rare now-a-days and especially in Udaipur which I think is very much commercialized as compared to other cities in Rajasthan. So thanks to all your staff for the comfortable stay.I wish there were more than 5 stars for Google review.

I have booked this hotel through online application but owner denied to provide hotel to me and ask for extra money and abuse with me , he was so rude and total waste of money , Don't do such type of things .... At last tourist is only the way through which your home runs ... Once tourist book your hotel , kindly provide hotel at that amount he/she booked... At last you have the colaboration with online sites not the customer . General advise ... Please book at your own risk .

The front desk manager is unbelievably rude. Trying to get him to assist us with signing in was like pulling teeth. He appeared to be chewing on a pan because his mouth wasy completely blackened. He was clearly quite irritated that we were there. Now the room was disgusting. I opened the door and CLEARLY that room hasn’t been clean. Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a business I didn’t like anything. Tv, AC was not working, Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

I truly doesn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel doesn't have the basic services, no staff, no one to assist you. Lot of other options are near by so please go for it further then this. I can bet, you will be disappointed.

Great stay! I had a great experience with the Vatika inn staff was incredibly helpful and allowed early check in, the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, especially the bathrooms and it was very close to old town so we didn't waste time in local transport while sight seeing. In all value for money.. Thanks Guys for your hospitality will visit again..

Terrible experience. Rooms were having foul smell and was filled with insects. There was a rat in the room and bed was full of fungus. Full refund was not paid, had to check out at night 12:30, since other vacant rooms were as Terrible.

Rooms were small and congested. Was getting cigarette smell from other room since both our and immediate room exhaust fan was opposite of each other so smoke was pushed in to ours when other room exhaust was used. Room service was good. Owners and staff are polite and courteous. Over all mixed experience and budget friendly(weekdays) in a good location

The Place was different from the photos and Rooms were small and congested, Bed was filled with Fungi and Rat Poops , in room awful smell was Coming. A rat was found in the bed which caused me to leave the hotel around 12:30 AM The Staff Also Denied to give full refund and total cost we paid was 5000 and we received only 4500 and they took 500 as cancellation fees Don't Visit Over There Not a worthy deal

Best rooms in gulab bagh area. Their restaurant is a must visit. You should definitely go there. It's worth every penny.

The worst hotel ever I have seen. The owner is so rude.. we came the first time to the udaipur and we booked this hotel. First we got the room which was so dirty the linen were so stained, the glasses had something inside itself. the mirror was so stained. They don't focus on hygiene and cleanness. we call them to change our room but we got the another room same as like earlier one. we really didn't want to stay there. everything was so messy. we were so uncomfortable there the mattress was so inappropriate. We were not getting good vibes there. we went to reception and asked them for checkout. The owner denied us to do checkout formalities and denied us for refund. He was focused on money instead of guest satisfaction. We tried to talk to him but he was soo rude and misbehaving. I won't recommend others to stay in his hotel.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, we went because we had booked online and rooms looked different than their online pictures, the hotel rooms are dingy and smelly and in my room the tap kept leaking the whole night and when I called reception they asked to leave it to that. Also, if someone is looking for parking they do not have parking space you need to park at road.
