We had our dinner there, good ambience, good food, portion is pretty filling. Prices are also okay except they had charged exorbitant for boiled eggs 100 for 2, it's not a 5 star restaurant, where as all other rice dal are around 150, I have no issues with any other pricing, but this was absurd, on request also they were quite adamant and we're trying to justify why this is more.!! Apart from that part, food service taste quality and environment everything is good, view is nice also. They have a closed sitting as well as open sitting area as well.

I recently dined at Kotra Haveli Rooftop Restaurant and was captivated by the stunning view of the City Palace. The ambiance was truly magical, enhancing our dining experience. We ordered butter chicken, rice, roti, and chass, and each dish was a burst of flavors. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, perfectly complemented by the fluffy roti and fragrant rice. The chass was a refreshing addition to the meal. The attentive service and delightful cuisine make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone seeking a blend of great food and a mesmerizing view.

A very good service and food. Staff are very humble and supportive. We were requested to keep a luggage for 6 to 7 hours and they permitted us to keep a luggage.

Quite a disappointment. We visited as we had read the Google reviews. Upon arrival we were the only guests there. The atmosphere was very dead, dim lighting, just the staff watching tv. When we tried to order two of the dishes we asked for on the menu were not available. The food that arrived was not great. The Gatte Ki Sabzi was extremely salty. I will say that the staff were very friendly and attentive. Unless you are a guest of this hotel and have some deal, I would suggest to avoid this spot.

Had a great experience with good taste and calm atmosphere... specially Vijay Singh and Dharam Vir served us timely and were very well behaved..taste was good cooked by Praveen... overall spend a good time with family 😊

We can only recommend this fantastic restaurant. One can hardly imagine a better view over Udaipur (especially after sunset), the food is great for a fair price and the service with Pravin and the other gents is very friendly and accommodating

The restaurant experience was fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared freshly. Moreover, the chef, Pravin and staff members were very courteous and attentive, serving us with great hospitality and in a polite manner. Arjun and Rajkumar were impeccable with the service and the food they served us was absolutely delightful. They have both indoor as well as outdoor arrangement with quite lovely views. All in all, it was an excellent dining experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect place for dinner with family. You get mermerizing city palace view from the rooftop restaurant. Staff was really nice and helpful. Specially thanks to the manager - Mr.Sanket Vaishnav and Mr. Rajkumar for giving timely order and services. Taste was really nice and better than other restaurants. Recommended for the family.

We had dinner here last night and it was wonderful. Our waiter was so helpful and made the experience such a pleasure. The food was absolutely delicious, and the view over the city was incredible! Highly recommended.

It’s a great experience at Kotra Haweli. Delicious food and the place is beautiful with nice rooftop atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

We loved the buffet breakfast it was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. They have outdoor area too and good ambience, everything nice and clean. They have around 4-5 meal options in breakfast as part of the buffet but it was fulfilling enough to enjoy a good healthy breakfast. Thank you 😊

Amidst the heart of the city, very close to the major Heritage sites of Udaipur, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the market yet has it’s own tranquility and peace. Spend an entire day at this place and all I can say and give excellent reviews with respect to Hospitality, Health and Hygiene (especially in such dire times) and excellent quality of Food and Hospitable nature of staff. Would love to visit again. ❤️

Had a nice stay at Kotra Haveli Udaipur....buffets breakfast was also too good...awesome rooftop sunrise view... excellent location for tourists places...I m giving 4 star only because you have to walk around 200 MTRS to reach hotel as roads are too narrow,no cabs and autos can drop you till hotel

Chicken Rajputana was amazing and Samanpreet was kind to us and very helpful, malai kofta and kadai paneer was awesome...great view of the city palace

The laal mass we had at Rooftop restaurant was very delicious and best in Udaipur. We tried at other places but none came closer to Kotra Haveli restaurant offered. Staff Praveen Rajkumar welcomed us nicely & suggested dishes to try. All the food was tasty with right spices. Please visit, you will not be disappointed. Staff are friendly & help us give direction incase you do not find restaurant easily.

I visited Udaipur for the very first time and to be honest I was so hearly touched by the Food (Authentic Indian Food), and by their service ( Speacially the Restaurant team Praven, Raju and Raghu who gave attention of our food choices and preferences and last but not the least by the ambience ( we can literally see the City Palace and whole aerial view of Udaipur city from rood top food table.
