I don’t care if building is old but I don’t like dirty unmaintained places. Conditioner was broken. Curtains were dirty. The door swelled and pressed against the floor, opening made a hell of a noise and opened very hard. Probably in other rooms as well because I woke up to the same sound over and over again at night. Nobody seems to take care of this place.

Cons; noisy street until midnight when bars stop blasting music. Rooms are not maintained that well, my room door opened less than half-way as it was touching the floor. Other rooms have similar issues. People coming from bars and clubs make noise at midnight. Pros; proximity to central plaza and inexpensive

Clean and very affordable. Unbelievably affordable in a location of bars up and down the street, around the corner. Shopping center just behind with a Thai food centre as all shopping malls have. Not more than a km from the centre of town with a night club around the corner. Pleasant stay over for minimal cost. Not 5 Star.

I feel like I'm back home every time I stay here I'm comfortable it's two or three minutes to the mall another two minutes to the bar complex about 7 or 8 minutes to the night market all very close and very walkable as well as the bus station and the railway station are just minutes away. For less than 600 baht a night pretty hard to beat. It is a small bathroom and the shower is enclosed in the bathroom so things get wet that's one small negative and if you need good fast internet you won't find it here the internet is up and down but the beds are very comfortable flat screen TV and good air conditioning the only place I stay when rooms are available when I'm in udon Thani

I personally like this hotel. The little girl called Em who is in the office is a good help. The rooms are clean, they have good WiFi and car parking

A clean, safe, super-inexpensive place to stay for those who want the central location, but are on a tight budget. Big downside for me is no elevator/lift. Hauling heavy luggage up to the fourth floor is no fun.

central, save, nicely equipped clean rooms. lounge with newspapers (now only week old Thai papers). Worth the money. Now in 2022 I do downgrade the place Top Mansion / Top Hotel from 4 to 3.6 stars: - simple powder coffee and toast offered for breakfast (a voucher for large breakfast buffet at a nearby 4-star hotel can be bought) - new WiFi (still some holes and interruts) - no longer Bangkok Post newspaper - no investments done the last three years (also no higher prices), but well maintained. Still worth the price.

Horrible. Unfriendly staff. No Wi-Fi as they promise. Find another place to stay.

The location is excellent, the room is basic, clean and large. Includes a fridge, small balcony. For the money, it's a great value BUT It is very noisy- you can hear everything going on in the hotel and the boom boom of Tawandaeng until late. The internet really didn't work well... mostly I tethered my phone. The noise cost a star. It's basic lodging but good value for the $$ I paid less than 400B per night.

I've been staying here for over 10 years, on frequent visits to Udon Thani. Fairly basic accommodation at a very reasonable price, situated close to all amenities including restaurants, fun bars and Central Plaza Shopping Centre. Near the bus and railway stations, minibus and taxi rank. Definitely worth a visit if you're on a limited budget...

Lost count of the times I've stayed here, rooms so well maintained, beds are excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff and house keepers are lovely always, if there is any negative points it's that there's no elevator and the breakfast is really basic bread, margarine and processed jam.. Coffee in paper cups... But there again it's not expensive, and the Brickhouse is just 2 mins walk away for a great choice of breakfasts.. Thank you Team Top Mansion.. 👌

Close to the walking street, good price for the location. No frills but clean and cold AC. If you're with your gf or wife try 2feel Bed Station instead

It's very unkind and makes people feel bad on purpose. Never stay here. Especially a woman in her 40s who looks skinny and black glasses makes people very unpleasant.

😠 Watch out for her hypocritical lies. I know the rent here is 4,500 baht, but it's compulsory to include the monthly cleaning fee in 1,000 baht, and she said cleaning is free when other foreign guests come, why do you lie and cheat if she makes a lot of money and wants billions of won? And when I vis...

😐 Crazy 🤪 late night bar in Udon Thani. Only place open after 2am. Small little bar full of freelance girls and ladyboys.
