This is a very good market. One can pick up basically all the local times and especially quality food stuffs at a very affordable prices. You can still get some material too but not that cheap. The last time I went shopping there I got some tubers of yam. They were great and taste so good that I had to go for a second round.

A small community but ancient market, lately attracting more people and trade than its capacity especially during Popular holidays like Christmas. The market is more lively on Nkwo days in the igbo calendar...

In as much it is located in a rural area, it still offers the best in terms of providing the needs for Umuchu and other neighbouring towns. Is a daily market but at every nkwo day which comes every four days is an extra ordinary market which attracts merchants from far neighbouring towns, infact if you want to enjoy the local market, go at nkwo day

Multi-complex market. Sales of different things. Good point of intersection of a T-junction.

Budding rural market with promises. Lately, the market has grown to a daily market with the continuous presence of big market shops in an ultra modern shopping mall. Power supply is still a big problem but it has not deterred the spirit of the indigenes towards growing the market. During festive seasons, it serves as a melting pot for all social activities. Nkwo Uchu is really a place to be.
