The slowest restaurant I have try in my life 22 min for a milkshake and crunchy cheese and I get a cold burger, slowly slowly staff and really dirty tables and there was no rush hour

Tonight, in the end, the boys were a bit overwhelmed by the situation, and the command screen didn't work anymore. I still give them 3 stars because it was very hot today. Even now at 22:30 it is around 30 ° C.

Food quality was very mhe the chicken on the burger we had was not even close to having the crunch that was advertised. I also had to go in and get a missing part of my order. As they forgot to give it. While i was waiting, I noticed others having the same issue. The only good thing was the wings, which were crunchy

It was busy I give you that, but the serving staffs’ attitude was awful. The food wasn’t up to the usual standard and when I asked politely for my drink, which had been missed out the server looked at me like I had insulted her personally. She then purposefully gave me the wrong drink. I’ll get a sandwich and a bottle of pop from the petrol station next time I have to come up to Schiphol.

Over 5 minutes of waiting for a kids meal. I had to call the manager in order to prepare faster my meal. One of the top 5 slowest team I ever seen in Europe. The taste of the filet bites is disappointed !! 😡 does not taste like the real and good file from KFC

Worst KFC ive ever had. The batter tasted like nothing and the quality of the boneless chicken was terrible. Never tasted any kfc anywhere in the world as bas as this.

Here you can't wash your hands before your meal, or you have to pay for it! Is it weird? Yes, but it's exactly what the staff told me in this restaurant. Ciao!

Much doesn’t work and my orders always take so long too complete. Sometimes they forget some stuff like extra sauce I ordered (happened multiple times). Most of the time I find the food too greasy (more than other kfc locations).

The food was decent, most of the chicken was either undercooked or dry. Ordering a burger was a good idea. Initially we did not receive the drink we ordered, never got the extra sauce we ordered, and our wait was on the long side. Overall slightly worse experience than expected.

In general I am a fan of KFC chicken. Particularly the Zinger burger is nice and spicy. But this KFC excels in super fast service at the drive-thru.

Don't know what happened here but thus us by far the worst KFC in my life. Uninterested staff and got dry small bits if chicken...and no ice means ½ cup of passionfruit juice with this bazar dome shaped lid. No spoon or fork given no sauces offered (I paid 75c for a sauce afterwards) then no finger wipes no serviettes And when I mentioned and showed the chicken bits he gave me a big pice of dried out chicken. Ordered 5 one 2pc meal one 3pc meal got 3 mini wings one mini unrecognisable something and a half looking breast. No drumsticks no thighs nothing. And the given piece I think came out of the bin. Next time I will rather stop in Alkmaar. Oh and the inside shop door was closed...no note please walk around nothing...

They are making the food in the morning and just serve it. the hamburger bread was rock hard and the lettuce has brown-dried part. There seems so many foods were already maded and keeped in warm place.

Unprofessional employees, lack of people,they were still receiving orders after 10:20pm even though 90% of shift started to clean equipment...they lost orders of 3 customers including me and even though we tried to remind them,they didn't care until I started shouting at main person(manager)... they before I've waited for an ice cream for 35min ... the worst Kfc in Europe definitely

The way how personal is answering for the question is completely not right. When you looked at them you have a feeling that they have a lot of pain working there.. Too bad because food is tasty but we won’t be back there for sure.

First the self order terminal didn't print me a receipt. Then I get a 0.3L milkshake as the 'medium' size, how small is small??? (Also, if there isn't a larger than medium, why not just have call it small and large. But whatever) Then I open my box of what should have been tenders, and it's wings... -_- Also not a single napkin in the bag. Can't be selling grease like this, and not supply a napkin. Everything could have been better.
