Super gym, like a close-knit family as everyone knows each other. The gym is always busy during the corona period to see what they can offer, which is also allowed according to government rules. (Although in principle they don't have to do it) so very member-oriented. And not to forget, good friendly trainers. Members are varied, so men, women, young people and young people who are older! So wide range🤣😅

Never discovered a gym like this before. They think along with you and they are very flexible. I look forward to the sporting moments and enjoy the pleasant, family atmosphere. A gym for young and old.

Safe environment where everyone can train freely at his or her level. A place where members and trainers treat each other respectfully. And trainers with a lot of technical knowledge that is passed on with passion during the lessons.

Peter and Lars and the entire team are all great. The atmosphere at the club and between the members is exceptionally good. Absolutely no aggressive or nasty situations, but just getting the best out of yourself in a positive and pleasant way. I highly recommend this gym! I like coming there!

Peter Teijsse has taught me more than anyone else in recent years and knows how to maintain the atmosphere in the club together with his team of trainers. Lots of technology, suffering, but also fun and a nice safe place to train.

Old school workouts under professional guidance in a beautifully maintained gym. No cocky behavior, but bring out the best in you in a pleasant and respectful way. High class gym!
