This boxing school is of extremely high quality, very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The people who come to train are always respectful and the trainers teach well! You can clearly see that a lot of attention is paid to all aspects within the gym. What I personally like most about this boxing school is that the trainers always provide personal attention where necessary. In other words: they do not exclude people, as is done at many (kick)boxing gyms. Everyone gets an equal opportunity to learn here, and not just the people who potentially fight competitively. Boxing school Barry Groenteman is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to learn the art of boxing, young or old - it doesn't matter at all.

It is actually good trainings for kickboxing except small saloon, and approach to clients little bit strange. It can be liitle uncomfortable for non dutch speakers because very rare they explain in english. Keep in mind it is not possible suspend your subcription for vacation period. I was a bit disappointed because he was lecturing me about communication when we had conflict about terminate subcription since I've moved to another city they charged me one more month but in the end he was kind to refund. It is actually diplomatic clause anyway.

One of the better boxing gyms near Amsterdam. Always well-organized lessons with a clear structure, friendly and experienced trainers. A place where you feel welcome. Whether you are a beginner or have been boxing for some time, there is always a lesson that suits your experience or needs. Nice mix of older and young people. Boxing gym is clean, well maintained and has a locker room + shower. Enough parking space. Highly recommended!

If you really want to master boxing, there are skilled trainers who will teach you the tricks of the sport (both in groups and in personal training). In short, there is something for everyone. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the coffee tastes good.
