Frisk Fysio is an excellent place to go. I've used (still using) them for massages, dry needling, and postpartum recovery and training, and have been extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Half of your pain is relieved when the physiotherapist knows the exact location of source of the pain & start treating on it. I had session with Lania and I see immediate improvements. I would really recommend FriskFysio for the physiotherapy sessions.

It is a very good center and the services are good. I advise anyone who has a mother in Dahab to go to this center

Behandeld door Evelien, ze heeft veel kennis en is erg professioneel. Duidelijk plan van aanpak samen opgesteld en verder goed begeleidt door andere fysiotherapeuten tijdens het trainen. Jarenlange aanhoudende klacht lijkt na nieuwe diagnose door frisk fysio al binnen 1 maand bijna hersteld te zijn! Zeker aan te raden.

Verschillende fysio's in de afgelopen jaren mee gemaakt. Frisk is duidelijk 1 van de betere. Door de 2 locaties altijd makkelijk te bereiken. Kundig, professioneel en hebben alle faciliteiten. Aanrader, niet alleen voor fysio maar ook voor dietetie, ergo etc.

So unprofessional in communicating about expenses earlier, and very non transparent about what type of session they would be charging for. I was already an existing patient and they charged me for intake again when my therapist was on leave and on their suggestion had to take a session with someone else. The sessions also last not more than 15 mins, so a total rip-off. Not recommended at all!

Ik kwam met nogal hardnekkig terugkerende hielspoorklachten, en heb speciaal voor Frisk gekozen vanwege de moderne technieken als echo. De eerste behandeling (shockwave) hielp onvoldoende, waarna ik in behandeling kwam bij Bas, die vooral ook het totaalplaatje bekeek. Niet alleen symptoombestrijding, maar hij onderzocht ook grondoorzaken. Er bleken bij mij ook nog andere oorzaken te zijn zoals te holle voeten en verkrampte spieren in de kuiten. Ik had geen idee, totdat het werd behandeld. Het werd allemaal aangepakt, oefeningen, zooltjes en samen met dry needling in de kuit, EPTE therapie in mijn voet is het probleem nu wel opgelost. Iets waar ik na al die jaren sceptisch over was, is dan toch gelukt. Bas keek verder dan alleen de voet, en dat samen met de moderne technieken als echo, dry needling en EPTE is mijn jarenlange probleem nu wel verleden tijd. Top! En dan zijn ze ook nog eens bijzonder vriendelijk, ook niet onbelangrijk. Ik kan Frisk dus echt van harte aanbevelen!
