Very strategic location. Next to many stores (hema, AH, Primark, Uniglo, Decathlon, Asian store, etc), tram station, walking distance to Den Haag Centraal. Lobby is huge with free coffee/tea. Bedroom also big, with complete cutlery. Gym and 4 free washing machine available. Receptionist are cheerful and helpful. More frequent room cleaning would be better.

My stay at Novotel Suites was fantastic! The hotel is in a great location in the city centre. Despite being centrally located, the rooms are quiet. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The staff are very friendly and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Cove in Den Haag for 2 months. I stayed in the studio suite. The layout is nice. They provide enough kitchen tools to cook most dishes, the knives are sharp, and the dishwasher works well. The staff at the desk are amazing. The manager is also great. The housekeeping staff is less than average. Out of my 8 cleanings I had, only one housekeeper actually cleaned well, although she skipped the bathtub and told me that they don’t clean the bathtubs. Even the supervisor housekeeper said they should be cleaning the bathtubs, but she is also the one that told me I have to be outside my room for them to clean. (After I was just told I didn’t have to leave my room by the front staff). My bathtub was only ever cleaned once. Even when I showed up the first night, the bathtub was dirty. After some weeks, I just started cleaning my own bathtub. They offer a refresh 3 days after your weekly cleaning (or check-in) which SHOULD include a refresh of all towels, taking out all the trash, and vacuuming or mopping the floor. I only had a proper refresh one time. All the other times were just towels or one time the lady just put the towels in the bathroom and didn’t take the dirty ones. Housekeeping is way too inconsistent. Nobody in housekeeping knows what is going on or how to do their job. I don’t know if I would stay here again, but I already know what to expect. This is not a 4 star hotel to me.

The place is good, but what really makes the difference is the special kindness of their staff; Erika Alava really walked the extra mile to make us feel at home and our stay comfortable, it's rare to find such a commitment in a reception desk, and we warmly recommend the place on this account

Super happy with the interior of the room, very handy kitchenette. The kitchenette was great because we could heat up the leftovers from the restaurants we went to the night before. Also extra star for being pet friendly! There is city tax and pet cleaning fee (25eur)

My new favourite in Den Haag. I have stayed in many hotels in this city but this is my new favourite. Perfect location in city centre only 2 min walk from the tram stop. A little bit hard to find but the entrance is next to Snipes. Nice clean room and very good with separated bathroom and toilet. The best part is that the beds are really good and not to hard. Kitchen facilities is also a plus with fridge l, freezer, microwave ++. Definitely coming back here during my next stay.

I spent three weeks in the hotel in the Studio Apartment. Overall, it is a very good accommodation, but a few minor improvements would make it excellent. The reception staff is amiable and helpful, they accommodated me before early check-in, and the hotel is relatively new and quiet. The location is perfect; Starbucks is just next door for plenty of breakfast options. There were no bedbugs. The biggest con of my stay was that the windows in my room faced a building wall. It was pretty dark and depressing to stay in on sunny days. Consider offering a discount for such spaces. Pros: Location, friendly staff, relatively new hotel, excellent lobby with a coffee machine and working space, quality linen and toiletries, responsive to customer surveys Cons: Cleaning should be improved (better vacuuming, more attention to details, replacement of worn out items), view from rooms As it is a pet-friendly hotel, you might run into some "surprises" in the halls due to irresponsible owners. And some guests leave out trash in front of their rooms. But the hotel cleans this ASAP.

Highly recommend! I had a really good experience in this hotel. The room had everything we needed, good space, very clean, a safe, a kitchen with all necessary utensils and a very comfortable bed. It's also a pet friendly hotel. Excellent location, 10min walking from the central train station. Nearby you have plenty of options regarding restaurants, supermarkets, shops and museums. If you want to go to the beach, you can take the tram and in around 15min you will be in Scheveningen. Friendly staff and beautiful reception.

Super hotel. Good bed, good shower, plenty of space and really quiet. The staff were all lovely. You don't get the room cleaned each day and that makes perfect sense to me. Recommended and good value.

Very central and the room was very nice. The entrance to the hotel is not terribly obvious (two doors with an elevator and not much signage). As I walked up to reception, a staff member saw me but was walking to the back and never really acknowledged me. Then they didn't come back for 7-8 minutes. It was a bit weird and unwelcoming. Once checked in, things seemed fine and staff was friendly but that initial interaction was slightly off-putting. The lobby/workspace area is pretty spectacular and beautifully designed. The room was spacious with a kitchenette ( that I didn't use). The shower was excellent with a large rain-head and plenty of hot water. It was exactly what I needed after a long travel day with a heavy pack. The bed was very confortable and the room was very clean. Location is excellent and the value for the price seemed to be very good. I would definitely return.

Cute and modern apartment very central located and pet friendly. Unusual layout with the toilet separated from the bathroom, I liked it, though. And I’d like to mention… there wasn’t enough light in the entryway at night, I would put one spotlight at least between the big mirror and the kitchen. But well, overall a wonderful stay! And lovely lobby, really nice designed and completely coffee and tea.

We stayed at Cove Centrum in The Hague for eight months. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff at the Cove are exceptional. The location and walkability are ideal. The rooms/studios are modern and comfortable. We highly recommend Cove Centrum.

Location, deco, and staff are nice, but do note that they do not clean the room through out the stay. We stayed 6 nights and they only took out the trash once and change the towels once. Trash has to be left outside the door which is unhygienic. After 6 nights the place is dirty and there is nothing provided to do self cleaning. The usual toiletries I expected of a 4-star is also not provided - tooth brush, tooth paste, cotton buds, shower cap… Lastly, the materials used in the room is of low quality - the shower is almost broken, and it is very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water from the shower and sink. Water flows very slowly from the basin. Overall, I feel so uncomfortable after the 3rd day with trash piling up and unclean floor. Definitely not a 4-star.

I spent two nights withe my family. Nice and well equipped rooms. Stove and kitchenette set. Excellent staff, well located, in the centre of shopping street also close to the Central station.

Poor cleaning: dusty, many stains on the furniture and overal not thoroughly cleaned. Television is not functioning properly. Furniture is not well chosen, too big for the tiny place. Friendly employees, but management is failing because the issues are not addressed.

In addition to a magnificent stay, as these are clean, tastefully designed studios with everything you need and a great location. We want to thank the entire COVE team for their excellent service and attention. Especially to Carlos, because we arrived after an evacuation of the entire Carolina Van Nassaustraat building due to flooding, and everything was made easy, with excellent service and treatment. Carlos, you are in our hearts, and of course, we will return to COVE. Best regards for all team.

Very clean and great friendly service. My husband had a birthday and while we were outside in the city, hotel staff members had done a little surprise in our room with a card. Few balloons and some chocolate on the table was a nice gesture. Location is perfect since its close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place for families or couples 😍.

For the price there is nothing better. The rooms are lovely and modern. Spacious and clean. I was in an apartment and it had everything to cook a proper meal. The TV has chromecast so you can connect your Netflix or whatever you want to put on

Wonderful experience! You go out of the hotel and its city centre. The location along with the possibility to cook your own food makes it perfect homely. The staffs are super nice. The lobby is also worth mentioning as it has lots of sun and a perfect office space! Would love to go back 🙂

Excellent location, value and atmosphere. The desk staff were incredibly helpful and informative. This would make a great temporary base for business or pleasure.

Nice cozy rooms. Advertised as apartments as they come with little kitchen. Don't expect too much space, they are not bigger than usual hotel rooms. Service is limited, cleaning only happens every three days or so. Nice common area. A little overpriced.

We had a fabulous stay here, in these stylish and modern apartments. Everything you need is in the apartment. With a stylish guest lounge and helpful, friendly staff on hand too. Perfect city break!

Located right in the heart of Den Haag, and just off of the Chinatown, there are plenty of food choices. The lobby is quite cozy. With many sofa available, it is great for meeting up with friends, or simply just sit around to relax. They provide a nice selection of coffee and tea for guests to choose from. The room itself is clean, and large enough for a couple. Be sure to ask for even number room for a nice church view. With all the essentials like microwave oven, a fridge, coffee machine, tea/coffee cups, wine glasses etc., it would have been perfect if amenities like toothpaste, shampoo etc. are provided.

nice communal breakfast/cafe/check in area. rooms are designed to impress but not to my taste. i had some issues with cleanliness (previous guests' boogers on the nightstand next to bed, the stained couch, and the odd plastic flooring with groves). but overall its ok to stay (im sure they would have fixed it if i mentioned it but i checked in late and i didn't have the energy - the couch and the floor may not be fixable). No parking available on site as the hotel is in the closed-to-traffic area near the shops and restaurants (very good area for tourists). there is plenty of parking within 5 min walk. breakfast is average (for a quick morning breakfast its ok but i recommend that you eat somewhere else if you want to something above average, as there are a lot of options around). i probably will try the other novotel in den haag the next time but if the price is right, this novotel is very good for tourists or travellers who want to stay in the city centre.

Beautiful hotel in the city center of The Hague. I stayed here for my wedding night, and the staff did everything to make it very special for us. The room itself was very nice, with a great view over the main shopping street of The Hague. Great amenities, delicious breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Had a 3 night stay. The location is more then perfect. Staff was very friendly and polite. Room was clean. Bath and shower were delightful. The bed was a little bit too hard for my likings, but it's good for your back + I'm a lightweight. Thanks Novotel!!

I stayed here with my friend and kids for vacation and overall, the hotel was very good. The room was great, very clean and bright. I ended up working from the hotel quite a lot which worked out well, there were a number or places to sit comfortably and work and the internet is generally very good. I ate at the restaurant a fair bit as well. Mostly the food was good, the portions for lunch were very good... I had no idea that I would get 2 sandwiches when ordering a cheese and ham toastie! The chips are also very tasty 😍 The hotel is in the city center which made movement into the city and from the airport very easy. We will be staying again whenever we are around..

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL! amateur staff and arrogant receptionists. People who dont know anything about hospital industry. Put a smile on your face and stand up straight. Room was clean but the STAFF! they all should be fired. Never ever ever again booking this hotel
