Used to be a decent airport hotel. However, Covid and the recent renovation has taken its toll. The renovated rooms are a step down from the previous ones. All feels rather cheap, especially considering the prices asked for a night. I reserved a king bed and got two single beds, no apologies whatsoever. Front desk staff had problems handling payment by debit card - this day and age hotels should have their act together for different means of payment. The big plus of the hotel is the location with a direct connection to the terminal vs a bus for other airport hotels. However, this is really its only redeeming feature. During the recent renovations, service was even worse. When I stayed there last year, the hotel was a big mess with plenty of services not operating. One may at least expect an apology, but no not here. Stay elsewhere.

Poor customer service, and racism. For the first time I have experienced to wait for the room checkup. I saw other people checking out and leave. There are better options. Also, I was given false rate. I was charged more than the original checked in price. The customer service, said we send confirmation receipt during checkout and I believed. Unfortunately they increased the price.

If I could afford to stay here every single time I fly from Schiphol I would. Lovely service, the best possible airport location (it’s literally inside the airport) and top notch facilities (good coffee, lovely restaurant, decor, etc). We often factor in a night at the Sheraton as part of the vacation just to avoid the morning/ evening traffic and hassle. Will most definitely be back!

Nice hotel which can be reached to and from the airport without going outside. Room was nice and bathroom was big. Had a view of the airport. Restaurant was buffet only at night which wasn’t cool if paying €49 to €59 if you aren’t hungry. I was able to go to bar for a drink and fries though and the martini was wonderful. Fries crispy and hot! Breakfast was buffet too at €32 so I skipped it. Started at 6am and with a 10am flight and had to be at airport 4 hrs earlier. Why is breakfast option only about $36? Who eats that much breakfast ? I had access to club and used it for breakfast. Antonio at the desk is wonderful.

Stayed here after flight delay. Got an upgrade and staff were nice and efficient. Food could be better in the restaurant by the reception but drinks were good. Expensive though especially with no breakfast included for a rate over 200 euros.

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently. This hotel wasn’t horrible, yet not great either when using other Marriott properties as a benchmark. The room was a typical Marriott, nothing overly special really, though the bed, bedding and pillows was extremely comfortable. The room was cleaned during the stay, but I hesitate to use the word cleaned. Essentially the bed was made properly and everything else just left. The staff were quite polite and friendly, and there was easy parking below the hotel. The parking was an in and out only with no 24-hour pass which got to be a bit annoying after a while. The restaurants were weak at best, serving a very limited menu at the bar, cafe and restaurant itself. I did order the cheesecake which was very good, though pretty pricey for a basic NY style cheesecake. Overall the stay was alright, though I wouldn’t stay here again.

A reasonable solution for a comfortable night before an early flight, with a couple possible improvement points. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and seemingly well maintained. Soundproofing is great, both against airport noise and neigbouring rooms. Mattresses and pillows are top 10% among hotels of similar lineage. Staff are young, nice and available. Still, service is unfortunately questionable. I immediately knew I would not have given 5 stars due to the queue upon checking in (with 1-2 empty desks), something I would not have expected at a 300 € high turnover airport hotel run by Marriott. Second issue: room service. 2 out of 3 dishes were wrongly executed, despite my specific modification requests through an (only) apparently very functional app. Third issue: with a flight at 06:40 there was no way for me to get breakfast but only a takeaway box (even just a "simplified" bar service would have been more appreciated). I would not recommend against it but I had somewhat higher expectations.

The Benefits: Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a choice between a box of chocolates or 1000 reward points as a welcome gift. Access to the lounge, featuring a good selection of snacks and morning breakfast items. The main dinner area also serves breakfast, which is of comparable quality to similar European hotels. Additionally, guests may enjoy an upgrade to more spacious rooms, and past experiences have included suite upgrades during off-peak seasons. The Good: This is a standard chain hotel known for its consistency. It meets expectations without delivering any surprises or disappointments. Its standout feature is its proximity to Brussels Airport, located just across the street. Despite its closeness to the airport, noise from airplanes is not a concern. The Mediocre: While commendable efforts have been made to maintain the property, its age is starting to show, with signs of wear and tear suggesting a need for refurbishment. The Deal Breakers: The shower experience falls below par due to low water pressure. There was a brief issue with a clogged toilet that raised concerns about potential overflow. Furthermore, a morning surprise occurred when a leaky roof was discovered in our room. Overall: This hotel is a solid choice for travelers requiring proximity to the airport for early flights or long layovers. However, if your stay doesn't revolve around airport convenience, there are better options available in Brussels city center at a similar rate.

Really quiet Rooms, even when the Planes are starting you can't hear them. The service is excellent. Rooms are very clean and you can see that they try to keep the hotel clean even with that high throughput of guests. Can recommend everyone who is staying for a business stay.

As an airport hotel, the Sheraton does what it needs to! Quiet functional rooms with 3 restaurants and 24hr room service. The hotel is a very short covered walk to/from Schiphol airport where there are numerous other restaurants, grocery store and bars. Views from the rooms are limited as many simply face inwards to the central attrium. Schiphol also has an excellent rail connection within the main terminal.

Perfect location for pre/post accommodation to flight. Not exactly cheap but same as anything you get what you pay for. Access straight into airport plenty of food choices if you don't want to eat in hotel. Only negative was no bar fridge to keep a drink cold. Room spotless and comfortable and room service great. Staff friendly and attentive.

Overall is very fine. All the staffs are professional in working criteria. They respect your privacy. But still very attentive for services. only the travel parts that they don't have any tourism plaece recommendations. Suggest you buy a travel guidebook or check from the internet. The room is wide well-designed clean quiet and comfortable. Well equipped with all the necessary things in the room, they even provide the hairdryer The location is so convenient. This hotel is located in the same area with the airport. When you walk out from arrival terminal, you can take the escalators and directly walk to the hotel. Only 5 minutes from arrival gate. Since here is connected directly to the airport, for sure you can find the travel ticket selling point as well. Really convenient The breakfast buffet is perfect. Dinner menus are also impressive for both looks and tastes. If you want to buy the food from outside, you can also walk to the hypermarket just only 5 minutes. Full of affordable price food products

We had to stay over as our flight with KLM was late but the airline excelled themselves other ways to make us comfortable and offer the best seats on the plane too. The hotel was outstanding. Thank you to all the staff for your warm welcome during our stay.

Have stayed here more than ten times. Always a great experience. Tons of food nearby. Easy transport. Five minute walk to check-in/security. Great staff.

We organized a company event (2-day meeting with the participation of 85 employees) and stayed at the hotel for 2 evenings with all participants. Quality of rooms, meeting services and meals were perfect! It surprised me in a positive way. This is the best airport hotel I've ever stayed in and better than most of the city hotels. Great experience!

Hotel is good. But blankets are dirty from inside. Although the sheet are clean, but the inside of the blankets are so dirty and needs to be changed. Rooms are hot in the summer. I was told by maintenance that their Air conditioners are not like the regular ones with compressors and don’t provide the same coldness.

MARRIOTT REWARDS MEMBER? A V O I D ! Rude front desk. Argumentative back office personnel. These people make you BEG for upgrades you are entitled to. No respect for their own rewards members. Furthermore… * Shower leaked all over floor… * Bathroom door didn’t close… * No cream or coffee in room… * No bathrobe… * Toaster in restaurant didn’t work… * Many lights in room didn’t work… * Coffee maker in Sheraton Lounge didn’t work… * Maids were loud and used security latch to hold doors open with a loud BANG… * Woken up every day by maids… * Window Washers stared in at us. Wife naked/me boxers shorts… * No bath or refrigerator in room… * Bar manager (Jacob?) chastised me in front of wife and other guests for drinking a glass of wine at a small table in lobby… * Couldn’t get upgrade to even the top floor despite Lifetime Titanium Status… * There was used dental floss in middle of hallway for 3 days… * Hallway coffee machine needed filter changed but wasn’t changed; also: no cups! *50,000-plus points per night (if using points)… * Attendant in Concierge Lounge used his gloved hand to eat the chicken wings (which were served 3 out of five nights we were there)… The list goes on and on. Emailed the GM but he refused to respond. PATHETIC.

Stayed here before a very early flight and have no complaints aside that checkout in the morning took a bit of time due to low staffing levels, and the restaurant food took a bit long despite being rather empty. Still, a good stay over before flying out. Next time they should send instructions that you can walk over in the bridge, not walk outside like we did to try to check in.

The proximity to the airport is quite convenient, but it is a long train or taxi ride to the city core. Otherwise good design, nothing over the top, and truly great service at the restaurant and bar. One concern is for safety of the conference area, where crowds of passers-by can see inside the meeting rooms and the doors to the area lobby are open to all. Usually a staff member is posted, but not all the time, so this is a bit risky. The same goes for the hotel rooms, the elevators work without a room card.

The hotel stay was fine, the only thing I did not like was room service discarded items were left in the hallways, which made the place look like a 1* hotel. I called guest services about it and they sent someone from housekeeping, he came and took the tray that had the discarded food. The other items (drink/wine bottles, etc) were left for some other department to come and collect. That was our only issue with the hotel, other than that the stay was phenomenal.

What a excellent hotel to stay at if you have a layover or a early flight out of Amsterdam. All good from reception to bar and lounge. I had a runway view and slept with the curtains open, excellent views and not at all noisy. Lounge is nice and drink spread is ok with a good wine choice. Breakfast is also a must try here, very good spread and pretty much all you would want to eat. Loved my one night stay here

Needed to spent the night here after some very long workings days. Parked the car booked the room. Took the elevator through the wonderful atrium and closed my eyes. No airplane sound disturb my sleep. Grabbed excellent breakfast in the morning. Good place to stay

Convenient location, even if you're going to Amsterdam Central, it only takes 15 mins train. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with an elegant bathroom. Various options for breakfast. It's pricey, but considering the above conditions, people who need it will love it.

We typically stay at this hotel whenever we are flying in/out of Amsterdam. It's a great location minutes of walking to terminals. Very modern and well appointes rooms. The restaurant and bar have good food. However, on this trip, we were a bit disappointed with the housekeeping service after asking three times for extra water and towels. They never got delivered!

My flight got cancelled and I had to spend one night at this hotel. Very good experience, calm hotel (could only hear a light sound from internal hotel air, but nothing unmanageable), comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Although I slept there because I needed a place to spend the night, I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our tour. The breakfast was very plentiful, with choices sure to satisfy any tourist. The room was very clean and quiet. I loved the step in shower with the double shower heads. The tub was extra large, and tempting, but the shower setup was just what I wanted to was away the long plane trip. The entire staff was amazing, always polite and very pleasant. There were smiles everywhere.

Friendly, clean, well run and a perfect location. Food is hit and miss. The €20+ continental breakfast is terrible value for money for example. However, room service is efficient and happy to serve. There was a lack of basic toiletries, but bed was comfortable, room was quiet and overall, happy to stay here gor a few days.

Amazibg out of this world experience 😍 After a horrendous travel day this hotel was like an oasis of luxury and friendly service. We were not precooked and yet got an upgrade to a junior suite. The common areas and rooms smelled new and clean - it has recently been refurbished. Reception staff were happy, smiling, welcoming and helpful - checking us in quickly. Nikki in the restaurant was super helpful with the drink and food service - the food was delicious. Marica (from Malta) chatted to us about potential holiday destinations and even called her husband who works at one of the airlines to check timetables. Giuseppe who was behind the bar gave us free cakes as we were going upstairs to sleep. The whole staff were just lovely. We could store our bags safely until we were ready to leave. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff 😍🤩

Perfect location for a long layover just outside the terminal, connected by a covered walkway. Reception was great, the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel stay. Only reason for the 4 out of 5 is the dinner we had in the restaurant. 31 Euro for a small steak, which would have been ok, but half of mine was inedible. Nothing worse than not being able to chew your steak and having to remove non-chewable pieces at a nice restaurant.

It was ok, but room was so hot and really difficult to get it cooler. Can’t open a window or anything so felt bit gross. Am not easily hot so that says something. Also the roomservice menu could be better (particularly for vegetarian options)

Beautiful hotel, the gym is well equipped, the bar looks beautiful and the Piano is awesome. The rooms are great. Special thanks to Romano who overheard that we just got married and brought us 2 glasses of champagne to the room. I have seldom experienced someone going above and beyond like that!

The new redesign and remodel of this hotel is fantastic. I've been staying here for the last 14 years and never has this place looked so good. The gym is excellent, the restaurant is always great and the new cafe and lounge on the main floor near reception are excellent enhancements to an already great property.

I really enjoyed this hotel! Stayed here for one night before an early flight out of AMS, so this ideal location gave us some extra sleep! I loved the lounge and bartender was great too for a late night cocktail to put us to sleep. Loved the idea of complimentary coffee machines on each floor (our floor’s was out of order at the time) to make up for having only instant coffee/electric water pot in the room. The room was quite large, clean, with soothing colors and intuitive design. Huge TV. Huge bathroom with both large walk-in shower, multiple shower heads, and a free standing claw tub was a pleasure! I really appreciated the motion activated ambient light under the sink cabinet for those middle of the night visits to the bathroom… such a thoughtful touch! Nothing worse than having to turn on bright floodlights to see your way in then try to sleep again. Thank you Sheraton:)

First time I arrived here I had some doubts because of a bad experience in a hotel near by,but the experience here was amazing, stayed here due to a layover, from check in to check out everything was perfect. The rooms has a great view and the bar is lovely. The bartender Julio is very friendly and gave some great recommendations and really made our stay special. Will 100% be back soon.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very good and spacious. Location is top, just cross the road after coming out of airport and you have your hotel. All the services are very good. Always recommended.

Spacious and clean room. Very quiet despite it is facing the airport terminal. Friendly and helpful staffs. Great and convenient location. Walked to public transportation. Stayed 2 nights pre-cruise and 1after. Got to Amsterdam city and Leiden in less than 30 minutes. The hotel would be a perfect one if it has a small refrigerator and a 3 pronged electrical outlet for US laptops or small appliances.

Stayed at this airport hotel for 1 night before taking my flight out of Amsterdam. The hotel is connected to the airport and is extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious and offer nice views of the airport. The executive lounge offers a happy hour in the evenings, breakfast in the morning and fruits, sodas & warm beverages thru the day. The gym is located at the lobby level and is well equipped. Also offers a sauna and shower facilities. The cafe right next to the hotel is convenient for dining options. The hotel offers a few restaurant options and conference facilities, none of which I used. Pricing : Expensive, given the location but you pay for the convenience.

Fabulous hotel attached to the Amsterdam Airport! The room was very spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. The perfect hotel to stay overnight to catch an early flight the next morning without taking a taxi from another hotel. The club lounge was very accommodating at providing room service for me at a late check-in hour. Breakfast was great with lots of buffet choices.

I would definitely like to come back. The location of the hotel was ideal. The staff had added a quilt top to the bed as it is a preference of ours. We had a suite on the higher floors with an incredible view of the airport and the buildings. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. And most importantly, this is the place where I fell in love with my then partner. Amazing, stunning and convenient. This establishment sets the standard for top tier excellence in the Netherlands. When given the privilege to stay at this incredible home away from home, do yourself a favor and take note to the professionalism and courtesy exuded by each and every employee! Such a great place!

Fantastic hotel and great view from room window (see attached short video). The welcome gift for elite members of Marriott Rewards was a thoughtful local gift and not generic. Staff were helpful friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was first rate. Club for elite members was well stocked and nice. I may schedule layovers at AMS in the future just so I can stay here.

This is a very quaint hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The rooms a very spacious and the hotel manager makes you feel at home. I stayed for about 2 weeks and the breakfast buffet was very good (always fresh fruits and they make a delicious omelet). The hors d'oeuvres served in the evening in the lounge are always very tasty. I would give the hotel 5 stars for service if it wasn't for the house keeping: not always did a great job at cleaning and were not always very friendly. It was only on the 1st night that a lady knocked at my door asking me when I was checking out. I told her, ma'am I just checked in today. Se apologized very often and then we had a nice talk. That was my only good experience in those two weeks. That same night, again knocking on my door. It was room service. He had the wrong room apparently. I even made a joke about not minding keeping the food, but there was not even a hint of a smile on his face. He just walked away to the correct room 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣

Convenient hotel at the airport. I stayed there for a few hours but they didn’t give me the room until 3pm ( official check in time). Every requirement I did to the lady in reception she had to go inside an office to ask her manage. Not very friendly. The rest was good. Very convenient location

Nice hotel, clean and tidy room. They also proved coffee corner in every floor. Very friendly staffs. I want to highlight the Front Office team specially Elisa & Antonio who are very friendly and explained to me about Amsterdam itself. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a late flight arriving so the night staff were friendly and helpful. Then with our early start the breakfast team were amazing!! Had breakfast at 6h10 well done the whole team!! 10/10 my wife and I were impressed and refreshed for our flight back

I stay here every single time I fly to Europe and leave from Amsterdam. This hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean and comforting. Their breakfast bar has more options than you’d ever know what to do with and there are options for everyone! If you’re looking for easy access, this is the hotel for you. You literally just walk 100 meters down the hall and you’re at the airport.
