    The garage(auto repair shop) is a scam, the customer service is the worst I have experienced in any business in the Netherlands. I went there because I bought the car new with a problem with the wheel and after losing three days of my job and paying almost €500 I have had to take the car to another garage because they have not solved it and have no intention of doing so. All three times the workers were rude when speaking and without the slightest idea of proper customer service. I have read other reviews and I have seen that I am not the only one and that the answer is the same as there in the garage, simply lying saying that the problem is solved which is totally false. Obviously I don't plan to go back. I Will share my experience with other people so they don't get scammed.

    Called in because wanted to buy a trunk mat for my car. Everyone in the the store was busy so promised to email the price back. 2 days later - no email or call. Nothing! Probably don't need to sell anything? Fine by me!

    Very poor service. Especially from Toyota side. Won't be buying from them nor Toyota simply because of the very negative association created. Tesla and BMW/Mini were far better...

    Misdiagnosed at first, told them to try again and they found the fault, but, they charged me for the time they took to get it wrong. They also took my fire extinguisher from my vehicle which they now deny ever seeing! Will not be returning.

    I had an appointment & went there for a test drive. I took my day off, travelled a long way for excitement to buy a car. But when I arrived they told me car was already sold two days ago. Nobody called me to cancel my appointment. Their employee said that they are short in staff, and I don't understand how you can be that short that you can't make a phone call. I sent a message through website chat and they told me that the quality team will contact me. No contact so far! So disappointed and will never trust them again.

    Very professional and helpful staff, also knowledgeable technical people behind the counter. Phone line responsiveness also good and english is not a problem on any topic either. Easy location to access and park, and quite a choice of car models.

    Absolutely disrespectful and outrageous service. When provided my car for recall due to airbag issues caused by Toyota Motor Company, no only I was met with incompetence of the staff that couldn't deal properly with car on foreign plates, so I was ignored for more than a week and forced to come in-person, but later on after waiting for a month to get an appointment I was declined the replacement car for the repair that was caused by Toyota Motor Company. I was met with totally disrespectful attitude and prompts like: "Get a train" or "you can walk". Totally not recommend this dealership

    Visited several occasion during this summer. The dealers are seemingly VERY busy, so many times they did not bother to ask me if they can help. Once I managed to agree that I will have a test drive (new car sale) a week later but when I went on the agreed time, it was again the same old situation and I could not actually manage within 45 minutes to get any attention at all, so I left the dealership. I am starting to think that in Toyota new car dealership I am probably look transparent or perhaps they have already sold too many cars for this year... I honestly don't know which one.

    The waiting time is really long... Definitely not the best service experience based on the price you paid. 250euro for a battery is a bit absurd...

    The worst customer service for Toyota. They were completely useless when asking for a solution for our car having the left side window broken because of the wind. We had to go 100 km away, to Toyota Zonneveld Almere B.V., to get the nedeed support. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, unethical and having no respect for people in desperate situation.

    We purchased a second hand car with Ryan and are very happy with the car and the service. The car was already various years old and for louwmann probably falls as one of their older cars. Despite that we felt treated as if we bought a new car with great service and extras. Clearly this service costs a little extra compared to other dealers, but it was still a good deal. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Simply good. We will keep the car at louwmann den haag for service and update the review in the future. Thus far can only recommend. Original score 5 stars Update: -3 stars The service after having bought the car to get warranty works done is abysmal. They will only fix the bare minimum hoping the rest will be fixed too. As a result we had to go over 4 times for just 2 repairs. There are additionally 2 repairs still waiting for almost 2 months. I have called several times for an update. Every time they say they'll get back to me. This hasn't happened once. Update +1 star After sending in a complaint Toyota resolved everything in a timely manner and we got a replacement car for free until our car was done. They kept the car even while ordering the parts.

    Very bad service. So what happened... I wanted to trade my German car for a Lexus, but employee Max is not only clueless, unprofessional but also rude and impatient. Avoid this company. They need to learn how to treat their clients better!

    For the sales team - I had a bit of a rough start with Louwman Toyota as the sales rep who initially spoke to me was not very customer service oriented. He had opinions of what I should get instead of listening to what I wanted. Luckily for me, when it came to finalizing the order and the delivery of the car, Annette van Workum took over the process, and what a difference that made! Annette answered all my questions, provided guidance and honest advice, double checked the order, and most importantly - corrected the costly mistakes her predecessor made (like wrong size of winter wheels). She made sure all my requests were addressed, questions answered, and the car I was getting in the end, was the one I wanted, not the one someone was trying to push on me. Annette has an amazing knowledge of cars that she shares in a non-patronizing way, she has a super friendly personally and is a joy to work with. Plus she made the car pick up an event to remember – including a formal unveil of the car. What a treat! If I am in the market for another car again, I am definitely going to see Annette.
