October
2022,
i
have
purchased
a
3-sided
glass-
wood
burning
fireplace
to
my
newly
purchased
house
at
Aalsmeer
from
Warmestore
Mijdrecht.
We
are
very
happy
with
it
and
enjoying
nice
warmth
along
with
a
beautiful
view.
Here
is
the
story:
The
previous
owners
of
the
house
were
installed
a
gas-fired
fireplace
which
was
not
really
efficient
and
old
enough.
I
got
in
contact
with
3
firms
in
total,
one
of
which
was
the
firm
who
installed
the
gas
fireplace
into
the
house
and
made
a
significantly
higher
offer,
the
other
one
did
not
even
respond
my
e-mails.
Hence,
among
all,
Warmestore
Mijdrecht
was
the
one
who
replied
my
questions
and
requests
immediately,
who
was
very
helpful
and
friendly
towards
me
(special
thanks
to
Daniel),
who
made
a
nice
offer
in
terms
of
pricing
(with
a
nice
discount),
who
planned
the
process
in
a
very
short
period
of
time
where
removal
of
the
current
fireplace
and
pipes,
building
a
chimney
at
the
top,
making
holes
btw
floors
for
the
pipes,
and
etc.
lots
of
construction
work
was
necessary
and
all
done
just
in
two
days
(special
thanks
to
Danny
and
his
team,
they
are
really
good
in
their
work).
And
timing
was
perfect,
we
agreed
on
the
offer
by
the
beginning
of
October
with
Daniel
(initial
discussions
on
type
of
fireplaces
was
made
on
September
but
no
aggrement
yet)
and
the
work
was
completed
on
mid
of
October,
this
was
unbelievable).
In
terms
of
payment,
they
did
not
make
any
hurry
and
any
pressure,
i
made
the
payment
on
the
day
of
delivery
of
the
fireplace
(day
2
of
the
construction
work),
some
other
firms
wants
you
to
make
half
of
the
payment
in
advance.
And
finally,
we
had
no
difficulty
in
language
barrier,
just
because
i
am
an
expat
and
moved
into
the
Netherlands
1-2
years
ago,
i
am
not
feeling
comfortable
with
Dutch
yet,
but
both
Daniel
and
Danny,
were
really
kind
to
have
all
the
process
completed
in
English,
special
thanks
again.
I
