I train here every week. Very good academy with highly experienced trainers. Personal attention is normal during group training. The academy is up-to-date with the latest techniques and produces world champions like the name says. I highly recommend going to experience it yourself. You won’t regret it!

I attend public and private classes 3 times a week. The coach is very friendly and knows how to push everyone to their personal limits. The gym is well equiped with different fighting and fitness gears. Private classes are tailor-made to the student's personal abilities and needs, but no doubt highly-intensive. I feel very much recharged after these training sessions

I have been training with Arthur 2 years now. The BEST training I have ever had! In 29 minutes an intensive workout. This is highly efficient and I feel stronger and 10 years younger. Don't spend 2 hours in a gym, 29 minutes of continuous training is much more powerful. Anthony (62 ).
