A good restaurant in Ujjain. The food is pretty good and presentation is also nice. Menu is great with lots of versatility and great choices. They have soups, starters, main courses, snacks, sides, desserts, mocktails etc. Service can be much better specially serving. The stuarts does not know how to serve n also we need 2 remind them for serving. Rest all good

Food was really nice. And thats why it is rated 4+ on google. Having said that, if you coming from big metro don't expect great ambience, nice presentation etc. Its has nice area but still small town presentation and cleanliness. It was due to this reason I was undecided whether to give 3 or4 star. But simply rating food, its deserves 4. Presentation and cleanliness 3 or 2.5. But its not that bad on last two parameters.

Very poor service bad quality food

We had family dinner here. Service was good. Food was averagely priced. Dinner for 4 with icecream costed us ₹1044 but food was spicy for old and kids.

Ambiance and hotel are well but the when it comes to service a guy called Manoj has not behave properly and he is not ready to serve properly, he want us to choose food what is he suggest which is really worst, this should be not happen and the Guy should not behave rudely with customer. Please take proper action against this person else your hotel will not survive for long.

The resturant manager is rude to such extent that, when no reserved tag was on the table, he made us get up and on questioning, why?, received a reply "faltu baat mat karo"

Worst service ever received! Waiter served our dishes and then vanished for 30 straight minutes! We could not order Chapati repeat orders for 30 mins! All our dishes went cold and at last it was only us who had to compromise! Taste was very good but worst service ever!

Modak restaurant is located inside the premises of hotel atharva.the food is very delicious and the ambience very nice and clean.must visit place with family for neat and clean dining experience.

Very Bad Service, No hygiene maintained by waiters. Without sanitisation picking the used plates and serving with no proper washing of hands. Ill staff behaviour of person referring the seating arrangement, no reserved addressed on the tables and their tables are reserved wherever you sit it’s reserved. Average quality of food.

The toilets are dirty!! No! Dirtiest ! No manners to the staff! The staff is very very rude and untrained! They don’t even know how to talk and deal with customers ! The table wasn’t clean when we went and waited for half an hour but the staff literally ignored us like anything and didn’t even clean the table ! No water was served! The service is very slow and careless ! The most imp part is, you go and complain to the manager about everything u r facing, and the manager is so hopeless to solve ur prblms ! Most unethical and unprofessional ppl ! Nam bade darshan khote!!

The restaurant is good serves fresh food . But the serving staff is less , only one waiter was attending all the tables. And second there are including too many items in the menu as we order for it ..........nothing. sorry ... what is it ?
